Our luxury apartments have the space of 45 meters square, the location is in Via Pescatori, the building is located inside a courtyard. The area is 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes walk from the center of the city. The apartments compositions are a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom for 2 people, a kitchen with all main cuisine products, a bathroom with shower . Hot tub for 6 persons is located in private garden and can be used at extra cost .Parking is available in the square 100 mt. away near the main entrance or the street of corso martiri that has a parking by each side of the road lanes or also another s free covered parking parking that is located 200 meters away. For further or special needs please do not hesitate to contact and I will be happy to help you.

Pescareninco is a historic special place. It was the Fishermans hub for the city of Lecco. It is also mentioned in Alessandro Manzoni's "Promessi Sposi". The city has numerous restaurants and bars with different types of cuisines that are distant by 2 minutes by walk. There is a pedestrian walk and bicycle lane by the lake side that is a great area for jogging and biking.

Last Minute Stornierung

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezensionen außer ein Erlebnis ist besonders gut oder besonders schlecht. In diesem Fall leider letzteres. 2 Tage vor unserer Ankunft am Comersee wollte ich spontan für meine Freundin und mich ein kleines Appartment buchen. Das Apartment hier stand zur Verfügung und sah im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top aus, daher gebucht und siehe da, auch direkt bestätigt. Was den Check-In angeht, so sollte man via FeWo-Direkt den Host kontaktieren, was ich auch getan hab, leider jedoch 2 Tage lang keine Rückmeldung erhielt. Am Nachmittag vor der Ankunft habe ich mich dann telefonisch unter der angegebenen Nummer gemeldet, jedoch ging niemand ran, woraufhin ich eine Nachricht via Whatsapp hinterließ. Kurze Zeit später erhielt ich einen Anruf von der sehr kurz angebundenen Gastgeberin, welche mir mitteilte, dass die Wohnung bereits ausgebucht sei. Das Gespräch wurde daraufhin beendet. FeWo-Direkt wiederum sagte mir ich müsse via Fewo-Direkt Chat nachweisen, dass dies tatsächlich so passiert sei, um mein bereits abgebuchtes Geld zurückzuerhalten. Da das Gespräch nur am Telefon stattfand, weil die Besitzerin keine Lust auf den Fewo-Direkt Chat hatte musste ich diverse Telefonate und Mailaustausch führen, Screenshots meines Whatsapp verlaufes übermitteln und einige graue Haare wachsen lassen um nunmehr 2 Wochen nach der ganzen Nummer die bestätigung zu erhalten, dass ich dann demnächst einmal mein Geld wiederkriege. Da mittlerweile dann alle bezahlbaren Unterkünfte in der Region ausgebucht waren musste ich meinen Urlaub zudem vollständig umgestalten. Alles in allem haupsächlich von Gastgeberseite, jedoch auch von Kundenservice-Seite von Fewo-Direkt aus eine sehr negative Erfahrung. Ich kann somit einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung absolut nicht Empfehlen, da man offenbar nie sicher sein kann, ob die Gastgeberin einem nicht doch 1 Tag vor Anreise absagt und dann nur einen Teil des Geldes erstattet.
