At the entrance the villa has a modern and large living room with sofa, TV, desk and fireplace, next to it we find the modern and bright kitchen with table, chairs and large windows overlooking the swimming pool and the equipped garden. 3 modern bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) equipped with every comfort, 1 bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in every room, mosquito nets in the sleeping area. Sleeps 6. No pets allowed.

Outside, a well-kept garden, with a magnificent 40 m2 swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. By the pool there is a large area equipped with comfortable sun loungers and umbrella, table, chairs and barbecue, vegetable garden, shaded fitness area, external shower.
