The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. That is the only negative thing I can say. Anu Jain was amazing I sent her a separate email. She is an amazing ambassador for the hotel. She went above and beyond in every instance.

There is a $2 cleaning product fee that makes no sense at all. Why is this fee not included? I know it costs more than $2 for cleaning products and staff. This fee seems like a way to steal my billing info and makes me very suspicious. Also, my family visited and were not allowed to swim in the pool because of liability. Why would you not provide the option for them to fill out a liability form? I was the only one in the hotel when I signed in and was hoping for a relaxing, memorable afternoon with my family and kept running into obstacles. The front desk agent was very professional - if the arbitrary $2 went to her, I would have no objection. Please make your hotel more family friendly - a place where families can spend time together.
