Amazing house for the week. Everything was perfect for our 5 couples. Beautiful accommodations in an exceptional subdivision. I would highly recommend this property.

Black Hills tour

The Fireside in Powder House Pass is an excellent property for large groups! Located just outside Lead, it provides easy access to all the Black Hills has to offer.

Beautiful place to stay

House is gorgeous and well equipped. Nice towels and plenty of bedding. Beds were comfortable. Even some toys and games for kids. Limited cookware for bigger groups. Community pool was very crowded.

Family Fun!!

This property worked perfectly for our family vacation. The house is beautiful with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the back porch and amenities of the community. The location is perfect. Close enough to site seeing activities and far enough out to be in the beautiful scenery. We loved everything about it!!

Fall break getaway

We highly recommend everything about this home. The owners clearly have thought of everything to make a large group comfortable. The location and neighborhood is really fun and the owner extremely responsive. Top notch in every way.

GREAT Property!

The owner built this one right! It has everything you need and more for a great vacation to the Hills! Plenty of room and great furnishings! We loved the King sized beds and the overall layout of this home! Exceptional!! It was perfect for our trip with friends to ride the trails! We loved everything about our stay here!

Perfect for big families!

We have rented quite a few homes over the years in the Terry Peak area and this powder house pass development is now our favorite! The house was perfect for our large family. Lots of king beds and bunks everywhere! We all wanted to take the pillows home with us they were so soft. The large bonus room was great for all our teens. The hot tub was well cared for and don’t forget to take advantage of the club house which is just a short drive or walk up the street and enjoy the game room and outdoor heated pool! This was the kids favorite. They also enjoyed sledding in the back yard which was quiet and had the perfect little hill. Overall we highly recommend this home- it was well stocked with everything we need, short drive to Terry peak and great for big families! Shane was also great with communication! Thanks again!

The home was everything they said it would be.

Property manager met us there made sure if we needed anything to let him know. The home is well stocked for cooking. We had family from 3 states, and we would highly recommend it if you are looking to house a large group!
