Family adventure in the Vosges

We arrived late evening and found our warm hosts waiting to welcome us. The chalet is immaculate and well furnished and clearly very well cared for and maintained. We were grateful for Alain’s tips on local walks and even a tour to see the Chamoix grazing. A wonderful week with lots to do in the vicinity or just enjoy chilling out at the chalet. Merci beaucoup et à la prochaine.

Great location. Wine in the fridge and home made treats. Electric heating set on arrival so the house was always warm. Alain and Elizabeth lived just up the road, but we're not needed. Great area for walking and site seeing. This was our second trip to Le Valtin and we will return next Christmas.

Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Chalet

Der Empfang durch den Besitzer war sehr herzlich und sehr unkompliziert. Das Chalet ist sehr sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und es gibt im unf um das Haus viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Chalet Elisa wirklich sehr genossen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wunderbar

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und diskret. Das Haus war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und wir fĂŒhlten uns wohl. Die Lage war zwar fĂŒr Wanderungen und AusflĂŒge optimal, da relativ zentral gelegen, allerdings gab es kein GeschĂ€ft/BĂ€ckerei fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen, was uns persönlich gefehlt hat. Die Straße war tagsĂŒber stĂ€rker befahren, als erhofft, aber die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß an den winkenden Autofahrern, was mehrfach ein Hupkonzert ausgelöst hatte. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

Alles perfekt

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr nett empfangen, sogar ein srlbst gebackener Kuchen sowie eine gekĂŒhlte Flasche Wein stand bereit. Das Haus ist mit jeglichem Geschirr, GlĂ€sern etc sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar eine Tischtennisplatte u eine Boulebahn war vorhanden. Wie hsben denn kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Excellent séjour Vosges / Alsace

Le gĂźte, l’accueil, l’environnement sont formidables. De ce point d’ancrage nous avons pu profiter de superbes ballades (Hohneck, Schlucht, Longemer) et de superbes excursions en Alsace (Colmar, Riquewihr, Kaysersberg), le tout Ă©tant Ă  proximitĂ©. Le boulanger au Valtin est exceptionnel, ne pas rater les kouglof frais au petit matin. Bref nous recommandons chaudement.
