très bon séjour
La location a été une bonne surprise. Appartement très lumineux malgré la photo sombre et trompeuse de présentation (repeint sans doute très récemment). Déco simple.Très bien situé tout à côté des restaurants, boulangerie, supérette, mer, port poissonnerie municipale, funiculaire, tout se fait aisément à pied. Quartier calme et très propre. Parking gratuit à proximité. Un badge prêté par le propriétaire donne accès à ce parking ainsi qu'aux stationnements dans les ruelles du quartier. possibilité de "décharger le véhicule au pied de l'immeuble".
Séjour début septembre 2020 : quartier calme. l'accès à l'appartement dans l'immeuble se fait par une douzaine d'escaliers (pas entretenus) larges facilement accessibles pas d'ascenseur. Immeuble avec interphone et porte d'entrée sécurisée.
L'appartement est bien équipé le matériel est neuf. Nombreux rangements. La salle de bain pourrait nettement être mieux agencée pour gagner de la place mais tout y est. Attention rien n'est prévu pour étendre le linge.
Détails utiles :
- la poubelle de cuisine est une (20 litres : utile à savoir pour prévoir les sacs poubelles)
- le réfrigérateur est un grand combiné réfrigérateur-congélateur (super pratique) la cafetière est à filtre (6 tasses utile à savoir pour la taille des filtres)
- pas de grille pain (dommage, mais çà pourrait venir...)
- la plaque de cuisson est électrique, comme le four
- le micro onde est simple et fonctionnel
- pour la vaisselle tout y est pour 6 personnes (si on aime les huîtres, apporter son couteau...)
- le lit de la chambre est un lit de 160 avec 2 oreillers. Grande chambre calme. Lors de notre séjour il y avait peu de cintres quelques uns étaient posés cassés sur une étagère du dressing)
- le clic clac est de 140 (pas très pratique à déplier comme tous les clic clac les oreillers sont des coussins)
- pour l'ensemble des couchages : une couette de 160 cm + 2 couvertures et 1 dessus de lit sont à disposition
- pour l'entretien tout y est en ce qui concerne le matériel (pour les produits tout dépend de ce que le précédent locataire a laissé...) Il y a aussi un aspirateur (très très petit).
Je l'admets je suis un peu pointilleuse...et pour avoir la réponse à quelques uns de ces détails j'avais eu le propriétaire par messagerie, il est tout à fait abordable et compréhensif.
Rassurés et contents de notre séjour nous y retournerons.
