Upstairs: - Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (or two 80x200cm single beds). - A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. - Separate toilet. Outdoors: Garden + terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, awning, and swimming pool. Private heated swimming pool with a dome. Open from April 1st to September 30th. Dimensions: 8m x 4m, depth: 1.50m. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the house. Electric vehicle charging is available at the cottage: Green'up socket - 3.7 kW. An electric charging station is available in the village on Place des Quatre-Frères-Le Blouch. In the heart of southern Brittany, on the Rhuys peninsula just 10 km from Sarzeau, Le Tour du Parc is a peaceful town near the coast. It is located 20 minutes from Vannes and Port-Navalo (piers for the Gulf of Morbihan and the islands).
