Spacious and quiet cottage in a renovated Vosges farmhouse.
The apartment is located above the owners' home.
The cottage is close to the forest and hiking trails.
It is located in the village of LE THOLY, 10 minutes from Gérardmer.
It is ideally located for access to outdoor activities: downhill or cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, lakes, waterfalls, Ballons des Vosges National Park, Vosges Mountains, hiking, mountain biking, and more.
There are also many nearby facilities: swimming pool, bowling alley, ice rink, cinema, and more. Duplex cottage in a fully renovated farmhouse.
Separate entrance and parking. Ski storage.
On one floor, you will find two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x190). The second floor comprises:
