The room was large, very comfortable, clean and the bed was divine. The hotel restaurant serves dinner until 10:30 pm which was very convenient since our flight got in late. The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious and the hotel shuttle was the cherry on top!

The staff and management were very friendly and accommodating. However, there are just too many bumps. There wasn’t enough transportation from the airport so I had to sit in the freezing cold for an hour. When I got to my room, it said it was 23°, which is outrageously warm, but it actually wasn’t heated at all so I think it was more like 50. I waited for the temperature to go up and I asked for help and they did send somebody right away with a portable radiator. The breakfast is fine. A plus for American breakfasts B for European ones. The problem was that it was just so crowded that you had to wait 10 minutes in line for the coffee maker. They didn’t have, but they needed to have for the conventions or business people they were hosting. So if you weren’t one of those people, you’re just sort of standing there in a giant party of people who were talking in line while you’re waiting. Between that, the unheated room, and the difficulty with the transportation, I can’t give it the most positive review. However, anything I asked for from the staff was dealt with kindly. They did their best and the shuttle driver who took me to the airport was incredibly helpful. I think if you had some more employees in the restaurant and a couple extra staff members to check rooms and coordinate for the guests who are not part of the larger parties, you could bump this up a bit. Two free waters is not exactly 2 free beverages either.

The room was not clean, we found food left overs that must have been kept in the minibar for days… showing that the cleaning crew didn’t do their job nor refilled the minibar with water… terrible.

Generally very good experience. The room is spacious and great. A decent restaurant on site is also very beneficial to the traveling experience. Also, I like the idea that they provide some food and drinks for those who need to check out before the start of buffet breakfast. Shuttle service is reliable. A few things that could be improved: The shower experience is a little bit disappointing: It was a bit challenging to adjust the faucet to the right angle; the water was not that hot; and that there was a long hair on the faucet. Also, the morning call service that I requested and the front desk noted down was not provided (it did not cause any trouble though, as I also set alarms myself). And while I was told that the hotel would prepare packed breakfast for me, I only learned upon checkout that there would be no packed breakfast but something for us to grab ourselves (similarly, it did not really cause inconvenience, but it is somehow annoying when there is a gap between what was promised and what was provided). In general, I think the service is worth the price. And I will definitely consider booking this place again next time I travel to France.

The rooms are immaculate. The foyer is beautiful and has a well stocked little shop. My children loved the swingy chairs in the foyer! I wish there was milk in the rooms for coffee. Breakfast was varied, with hot and cold options. I wish there was more food allergen labelling for coeliacs, but this is an issue I found across France, so not an issue exclusive to this hotel. When we asked, there were eggs and fruit. On the whole, this hotel is very family friendly and welcoming. We would stay her again without hesitation and recommend it.

The place is disorganized: knowing shutttle's latest run is 11.30pm, I ran to the.neet point through the.airpory to make sure I'm there 15.min before 11.30pm. Just for be sure i called the hotel, 3 times my call wasn't answerd, in 4th time, at 11.29pm i reached the desk and i was told the same I knew: last one is at 11.30pm. The only thing is it never appeared. I had to take a taxi. Another rhing is lack of hygiene in the hotel: beaides some disgusting smadge in size of a.dinner plate on the restroom's floor, one of the towels had dirt on it. This place is the worst I stayed in many years, including Latin America.

We’ve stayed here several times now as it’s fairly close to CDG and reasonably priced. The desk staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are decent, and food is good. There is limited vegetarian options in dinner menu do we’ve ordered the same thing every time and brought it back to our room to eat. They put it on a tray so I room service myself. Pretty good. The breakfast has non dairy vegetarian options and decent bread. The staff there keeps it up well. Only problem on our last stay was that the tv wouldn’t turn on which was fine. Bed was comfy and shower decent. They have CDG shuttle service for free (plus tip) which is always busy. One time they added a second due to volume but the last time I had to call my own car because of the number of our suitcases. There is nothing near the hotel, as far as food or shopping but it feels safe and quiet. Will stay here again and I would recommend to others.
