Appartement bien situé ( plage, commerces) mais mériterait un bon rafraîchissement et une mise au goût du jour surtout niveau de la salle de bain( carrelage cassé, coffrage de baignoire abîmé et moisi...) . Propreté très moyenne ( frigo, cafetière, WC...). Pour le prix, on s'attend à mieux... Point positif : la terrasse, la vue et la place de parking.

Bonjour ! exposition de la Marina super soleil au rdv etc... par contre quelques petit grief entourage du four micro onde décollé prise cassée au salon rideau décroché moisissure autour de la baignoire une des chaises longue est fendue Télévision obsolète et manque une échelle pour remonté de l'eau devant l'emplacement pour le bateau nous nous souhaiterions relouer la Marina du 27 aout au 17 septembre 2021 en espérant un petit geste commercial pour la perte des 5 jour de l'an passé

Très belle location, très bien située. Par contre, comme il n'y a pas de bateau à l'emplacement de l'appartement , avons été envahis par les voisins qui se servent du ponton pour se baigner. N'avons pu profiter pleinement de cette marina, dommage !

Proche à pied de toutes commodités, de la plage, difficile de se garer si nous avons plusieurs voitures. Relativement calme. Marina assez confortable. Le palmier sur la terrasse est magnifique mais malheureusement empiète trop sur l'espace extérieur.
