You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house that you don't have to share. Gwada Coastal Residence New construction 2024 Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom full kitchen and separate living room. Walking distance to La Datcha beach, Le Gosier parks, the weekly Friday night farmers market and public transportation to take you to various attractions on the island. Entire House We use a concierge service. Please send us a chat and we will respond as soon as possible. A new vertical cistern (water storage tank) system installed.

Plage de la Datcha

The beach is steps away, so easy to get to. Property is a new build, with all essentials like AC, plumbing, kitchen appliances functioning well. Area can get busy with difficulty parking. New build next door was tolerable. Everything you need is an easy walk from the door.
