Lovely Creole villas with all the comforts, fully equipped with swimming pool and jacuzzi, games for children, in a 9,000 m 2 park, full of flowers and trees 10 minutes from the beaches. 5 minutes from the boats leading to Joséphine's bathtub, 5 minutes from the shops in the village of François, 15 minutes from the airport, in short not far from everything will be within your reach. You love birds and other hummingbirds you will be conquered because in the park of our residence where there are multiple flowers, the many hummingbirds will challenge your cameras and delight you. Did you know that our environment has given pride of place to the environment? Flowers and plants will brighten up your daily life. Your host José is renowned for his contacts, who will help you to enhance your stay.
Discovery walks will be offered. You like horse riding, you will be delighted; Are you interested in windsurfing, kite surfing, water skiing? 15 minutes from the complex, it's possible. Diving fan? TROPICAL PARADISE!

We had a fantastic time staying in one of Jose's apartments. It is on a small complex that he manages and created himself with about 4 other apartments. The surrounding gardens are absolutely beautiful. The pool was shared with another apartment, but we never saw them so we had a private pool to ourselves. Everything is very well maintained. Jose is such a helpful and kind host. He helped us book a boat tour on our last day which was INCREDIBLE. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was very well equipped. There was also a washer and drier. It is a great location to drive to different beaches that are all about 20-30 minutes away and are the best beaches on the island. There is a big Carrefour a 5 minute drive away. It is a quiet paradise with hummingbirds on your doorstep! We loved it! We had our 2.5 year old daughter with us and she enjoyed the pool and the apartment and the kiddie area in the back of the garden. If you come here you do need a rental car. We highly recommend.

petit paradis

nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec nos deux jeunes enfants. le jardin et la piscine et le jacuzzi sont parfaits. comme à la maison, nous avons utilisé le barbecue, carrefour market à 10min. je craignais pour les moustiques, ma fille étant allergique mais nous n'avons pas été très embêtés. les alizés rendent l'atmosphère bien agréable. je recommande!

Séjour parfait

Nous venons de passer une semaine parfaite dans l un des bungalows de la propriété. L endroit est agréable, le parc magnifique et bien entretenu. Le bungalow est conforme aux photos , le propriétaire charmant . Je recommande cette location. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Exellent sejour dans un cadre superbe.Proprietaire genial a l ecoute de ses clients. Toujours disponible et tres bon guide pour nous faire decouvrir la Martinique. Arrivee super dans notre gite avec la bouteille de rhum offert par M. Jose A recommander sans hesitation!

Charme et calme dans ce beau parc arboré

De retour en métropole, nous souhaitons à nouveau renouveler notre grand merci à José Laupa pour ce petit séjour de 3 nuits dans un parc joliment arboré et très propre, petite maison créole avec terrasse et piscine à 2 pas . Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit, Mr Laupa toujours disponible et de bons conseils avec des petites adresses très sympathiques. Bonne saison à vous et merci encore. Famille de 5 personnes ( de Normandie et de Nice)
