Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé deux agréables semaines dans cette maison trÚs bien située : moins de 15 minutes à pieds de la gare et juste à cÎté de l'Intermarché. La mer est au bout de la rue. Le quartier est calme et la maison trÚs fonctionnelle. Les petites spécialités bretonnes de bienvenue ont été trÚs appréciées.

Meine Familie und ich haben eine gute Zeit dort gehabt. Die Wohnung, mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet,liegt in StrandnĂ€he und auch ein großer Supermarkt ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Vom Vermieter haben wir alle Informationen bekommen, die wir brauchten.Der Ort ist sehr schön und zu empfehlen. NĂ€chstes Jahr kommen wir wieder 😁

Plaque chauffante dégradée suite à un débordement d'eau d'une casserole d'eau - pb d'étanchéité plaque vieille de 5/6 ans. Demande d'un supplément de ménage ! alors que nous avons trouvé les lieus salles , déjà signalé par une vacanciÚre en 2021, nous sommes en litige pour la caution.

Location conforme Ă  l’annonce, fonctionnelle et avec toutes les commoditĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ© (Commerces, plages, centre ville du Croisic, gare). PropriĂ©taire disponible et soucieux du bien ĂȘtre de ses locataires, rĂ©pondant immĂ©diatement aux besoins ou attentes. Seul bĂ©mol qui ne relĂšve pas du propriĂ©taire demeure la propretĂ© du bien puisque cela est gĂ©rĂ© par une sociĂ©tĂ© de services. Je recommande nĂ©anmoins ce bien pour un petit sĂ©jour en famille.

TrÚs bien situé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour: la maison est à 2 pas de la cÎte et de l'intermarché et le centre du croisic est facilement accessible à pied. On peut aussi rapidement sortir en voiture pour visiter la région. La maison est bien équipée et le jardin est un plus. Comme amélioration je proposerais un micro onde pour réchauffer rapidement surtout en l'absence de restaurant.

Nous avons passé une semaine trÚs agréable. Petite maison bien équipée avec jardin dans lotissement trÚs calme et idéalement située : 300m de la mer et de toutes commodités (boulangerie, Intermarché.. ). Tout peut se faire à pied, néanmoins je vous conseille de prévoir vos vélos pour faire le tour de la presqu'ßle. TrÚs bon accueil. Merci Yann et Sylvaine !
