Modern fully furnished two-room apartment on the third floor, balcony with lake view, 200m from the lakefront and very close to the center, 1 bedroom, Wifi, SAT Tv, sleeps 4, parking and panoramic lake view from the large shared roof terrace.

The shared roof terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Garda is unfurnished - but if you wish, you can take a chair or deckchair from the flat to read a book or just to relax at sunset.

This house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, even without a car, because the house is not even 200 m from the lake and the beach.

The heart of the historic center and the old port of Lazise can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.

The appartment needs a refresh for furniture and decoration. The location is close to the lake and convenient, but you can hear the cars from the main street... The kitchen elements are limited.

Wunderbare Unterkunft direkt am See

Unser Aufenthalt bei Rosella war toll! Wir hatten vom Balkon und der Dachterrasse einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man zum Wohnen braucht. Die Lage war perfekt! In weniger als 2 Minuten konnten wir an der Strandpromenade nach Lazise laufen, was auch weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt ist. Rosella hat uns - trotz einer Verspätung unsererseits - sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Bei Fragen war Rosella immer schnell erreichbar und hat uns gleich weitergeholfen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen gerne wieder! ☺️
