We were not in the room with the additional pullout sofa. The heat and air unit was extra loud. The mini fridge kept sounding like water was coming out of it and you had to brace it to open it because it didn't fit it the opening and roced back and forth.The door was very hard to open and close. The door handles on each side were filthy.We woke up to the bathroom ceiling pouring water diwn where the 2 guests were showering above us.The breakfast was little to none and cold and watered down. Room hadnt been cleaned but stay was fine.

The only issue I had was we were late arriving which I called and told them. When I got to my room I opened the door and there were towels lying on the floor and the bed had been slept in. Obviously the room hadnt been cleaned from the night before. Front desk was very sorry and got me in another room very quickly.
