Located just 5 minutes walk from Lawrence's main street, this fabulous 1890's villa has been completely renovated with features from the 2020's. From the modern, well-stocked kitchen, to the luxurious bathroom, to the stylish lounge, this home provides you with a unique and tranquil getaway. You'll love spending time outside, with a funky verandah, firepit, big grassy section, and fruit trees (in season). Islay House is located close to the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail, and has plenty of storage.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include an electric kettle, an ironing board, and a kitchen island. Limited housekeeping is available.
