Escape to this airy lake-side apartment with a private terrace. Situated at the top of a two-story semi-detached house, a few minutes walk from Lake Maggiore, this peaceful property benefits from a sunny terrace and the most enviable views across the lake and surrounding countryside.
The spacious open-plan living area is furnished with a small dining table and four chairs, a comfortable double sofa bed and a flat-screen HDTV. Large, floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto the terrace creating a wonderful alfresco extension and the perfect spot to relax at any time of the day. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Die wohnung hat einen traumhaften Ausblick und ist relativ ruhig. Cerro ist auch ein netter kleiner Ort. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte etwas umfassender sein. Was aus dem Inserat nicht ganz hervor geht ist dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt. Es gibt auch eine sehr enge Garage für das Auto bzw alternative Parkmöglichkeiten.

Es war nicht sehr sauber. Wir haben gelüftet und hatten einen riesen Haufen Haare in der Ecke vom Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist vor Jahren mal frisch renoviert worden und jetzt einfach verlebt. Die Fliesen in der Küche fallen fast von den Wänden. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer quietscht ganz fürchterlich und es ist auf der einen Seite niedriger. Die Duschwanne hat einen Sprung. Die Wohnung sollte auch für 4 Leute ausgestattet sein es gibt aber nur zwei Trinkgläser und drei Stühle? Der Küchenschrank unter dem Waschbecken ist total schief. Es gibt keine Kappen auf den Abschlussleisten. Die Laden zum Balkon ließen sich sehr schwer öffnen. Müssten mal angehoben werden, damit man ordentlich rein und raus kann. Im Bad hat man entweder kochendes oder eiskaltes Wasser. Und es wäre toll wenn man in den Sommermonaten einen Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt hätte. Wir sind in die Wohnung bei Anreise gekommen und es wurden die Fenster bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur geöffnet und das Thermometer im Innenbereich zeigte ebenfalls 36 Grad an. Super! Und der Boden in der Wohnung ist zerkratzt und total verlebt. Das einzig tolle an der Wohnung ist der Ausblick auf den Laggo Maggiore.

Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung sehr schön und zweckmäßig. Ruhig und sicher abseits vom Trubel, aber Lokale und Geschäfte sowie Strände und Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Garage ist für normales Auto viel zu klein, aber es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten.

Appartement au bord du Lac Majeur tout en profitant du calme. À 4 min de Laveno, endroit stratégique pour prendre le ferry, moyen de communication incontournable pour visiter les Îles et autres villages autour du Lac Majeur.

Tolle Aussicht
Die Wohnung war sehr gut für uns, der Ausblick vom Balkon einfach toll. Ein Strand war zu Fuß erreichbar und das kleine Zentrum des Vororts von Laveno mit Bar und Restaurants auch. Parken war auch außerhalb der Garage kein Problem.

Sommerurlaub in Laveno Mombello
Die von uns gebuchte Fewo in Laveno Mombello lag in einer schönen Wohnanlage am Ende der Straße, in völliger Ruhe. Die Anfahrt von der Hauptstraße ist am Ende etwas steil, was man wissen sollte. Zu dieser Wohnung gehörte ein Stellplatz in der unter dem Haus befindlichen Garage, welcher nochmals abschließbar ist. Das Grundstück ist abgeschlossen und schön angelegt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage und ist mit allen Sachen ausgestattet. Ein wunderschönes Bad mit Dusche. Ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem schönen Doppelbett und Schrank. Der Ess- / Wohnbereich ist groß genug und in der Küche ist eine Waschmaschine eingebaut. Ein Herd und Backofen steht für das eigene Kochen bereit. Zum entspannen bzw. für weitere Personen, befindet sich hier eine vollwertige Schalfcouch. Von dem Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf und über den Lago Maggiore. Es ist genug Platz für die zwei Sonnenliegen, wenn man nur die Ruhe hier genießen möchte. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

L'appartamento è molto bello e confortevole, con una vista stupenda sul lago. Procedure di check in molto semplici e chiare. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di utilizzare il garage coperto. A pochi minuti di macchina da località Cerro e Laveno Mombello. Molto consigliato!
