WI-FI and heating and air-conditioning systems are included in the price. The structure, situated on a hill which dominates the medieval village of Lastra a Signa, is in a strategic position since you can reach the city-center and the railway station in a 15 minutes walk. It is possible to arrive to the center of Florence by train in 15 minutes and the railway station also connects the village to Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Bologna. On demand, a shuttle service is available to get to the railway station, and to the airports of Pisa and Firenze. Our hosts will enjoy the serenity of the neighborhood but also the presence of several comforts such as: -a parking lot is 50 meters away -a mini-market is 100 meters away -a local restaurant is 150 meters away Moreover, the center of Lastra a Signa provides all the additional services you may require as a shopping center with supermarket, cash machine and bank, post-office, car rental, restaurants/ pizzerias, patisseries, cafés. The landlord lives in the immediate surroundings which makes prompt interventions possible 24h. Thanks to the recent restoration (ended in 2018) we were able to give the apartment all the comforts that modernity enables combined with a style which enhances the beauty of the original structure and the authentic bricks.
