Didn't like it at all bar staff was rude very rude

The property was very well maintain . Staff very pleasant and helpful with questions. Food service very pleasant but over price for what you get,

Property is very dated. My toilet barely worked. The outlets were so worn that my plug ins kept falling out. The food in the Asian restaurant was sub par. And the pool side bar was a slow rolling disaster. However it is a great location and the front desk and bell staff were very nice.

My over all experience was good- enjoyed the restaurants and buffet in the hotel.

Loved the location and views. Small casino, and facility looked dated.

Outdated, old room, ceiling falling apart, chunks missing

check in was easy finding our way through the casino was easy, felt old school, i liked that

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The only problem was small sport betting space. Not enough tvs to see all of the games at one time.

We always enjoy staying at the Tropicana. Rooms are very clean and renovated. Staff is friendly. Love the new Cocktail Lounge! It’s also a great location for that end of the Strip. Plus, as a Hilton Honors member, we get points.

The casino and rooms were clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the first staff person told me that early check in was not possible until 12 noon. When I checked again later with a different staff person at about 9am, that person allowed me to check in. Early check in before noon is very important for me because of the unusual arrival times of Hawaiian Airlines. I don't see why check in before noon should not be allowed if rooms are available.

Far enough down the strip that there wasn't took much traffic, but still close enough to all the action. Also, 10 minute drive from the airport.

The person checking is in was nice but we a terrible room next to exit outside on the bottom floor int the ‘Bungalows’. We were under the impression we would be in the remodeled rooms. Because we were so tired and exhausted we didn’t say anything but I will be sending an email to them. The staff at Starbucks could barely speak English - had to correct my order 3xs. When we checked out, the lady working there did not ask us about our stay or smile. For a Hilton Honors place it was horrible and I won’t recommend anyone stay there. The staff was apologetic for the condition of the facility (bell boy and housekeeping). Valet people were nice but overall it’s not a good place.

We appreciate your review of the Tropicana. While we have a limited section at our Sports Booth, we do offer viewing options in Robert Irvine's Public House. This is located next to our Sports Booth area. We hope you will visit this area during your next stay.
