The bell guys were very nice and helpful, the food was good, nice place not to busy
Had a amazing stay and trip at Tropicana
We liked how we were closed to the Vegas Strip, the pool access was good too. Overall we liked it
The staff was very helpful
It was a great stay. I enjoyed the concert I went to and the room was great.
Enjoyed my stay. Check in was easy and everyone was helpful. I will stay here again.
It is obvious they are letting things go. While still decent it is not the Tropicana we once knew. Things are old and worn and deferred maintenance is obvious. Some of this is due to CoVid but it looks more like a hotel that is readying itself for a complete overhaul or closing.
To me the hotel was out of date, the water was very cloudy, and I was told it was normal. I asked to changed my room, and I was told no. I had a bad odor In my room as well. The water in the tub wouldn’t drain. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.
There was not a real breakfast restaurant and several restaurants were not open. Starbucks was open with a long line and it was a rip off. We were charged a resort fee and the pool was closed. The supposed free parking was like a half a mile from the actual hotel building. I will not stay here again.
Cheaper than other hotels like Luxor right across the road.
Great, comfortable room!
We will be staying in a different hotel next time.
The check in process was good. Hotel room was big and spacey. It’s located in a less busier spot than Caesar and the Venetian. Parking was free but parking spots was a hassle to get.
We loved the 'feel' of this establishment. Although an older casino/hotel, it has an ambiance that is rare to find on the strip. The pool area is legendary, the casino is small compared to the mega resorts that surround it, and thats okay with us. The bungalows have a small balcony, a treat that is hard to find in vegas. We would definitely stay here again.
This property is not well maintained. After paying for upgrade to a suite and specifically telling them wanted a bathtub, got a room with chipped grout in the tub, no stopper so couldnt use as a tub, and stains on every piece of furniture. They moved us but furniture still had burn holes. Overall property needs a massive overhaul. Wont stay here again!
Location is great Staff too!
