Host was very responsive to communications. Bedrooms/bathrooms were very spacious and worked well for our larger family group. Living spaces were a bit sterile with little/no wall amenities. Huge living room sofa but unit could use more furniture such as a dining room table (dining room was empty), more island seating and living room end tables.

Do not plan on fixing your meals at this house. The oven did not work, the grill did not work, the fire pit did not work. The kitchen did not have enough glasses, cutlery, mugs for everyone for one day, so you are doing dishes frequently. There are few cooking pans or utensils to actually make a meal. The ice maker and the main freezer do not work. There is a small drawer freezer that does work. There is one towel for each person with no extras so you need to do laundry frequently. Hand towels are not available for every bathroom. Some of the containers in bathrooms and showers for soaps are empty. If you are mainly using the house to spend the night then this house works. It's in a good location close to the strip and the airport. There are large areas to congregate and large bedrooms. However, for a 6 bedroom home there is not a large enough table for everyone to sit at. Beds are comfortable.

Nice place with a lot of empty space in each room. Would like to have had a place to to put our luggage on instead of the floor. Ran out of body soap in 3 of the showers the first night. All of the big towels were folded up wet. Overall it was a positive experience.

The oven and the barbecue grill didn’t work, rods were missing in the closet, there weren’t any clothes hangers, one bathroom didn’t have a glass door or shower curtain, only 2 pool towels, only one bath towel and wash cloth for each guest, one kitchen stool broken, no dining room table. There was not enough toilet paper or paper towels, no dish cloth, no dish scrubber, no can opener, no wine glasses, no dishwasher pods, not enough body wash or bathroom amenities. We spent 66 for the items we needed. I was told we would be reimbursed and when I checked out I asked how and when and I haven’t heard back as of now, and that was three days ago. The house and area was good, but there were too many things that needed to be corrected and they weren’t.

We had an amazing time, we just wished we had one more day, this home is incredible, the owner was extremely accommodating, the rooms are very spacious, it's excellent for any large group, plenty of space, pool is beautiful, we just had a very good time, next time that were in Vegas we'll definitely be re- booking!!!!!

Convenient location. Pool was great and house was very clean.Needs more towels. Only had one poor quality bath towel per person and was told to use the washer and dryer if we needed more! We also bought pool towels as there were none. No dining room table, had to rent table and chairs so we could have a sit down dinner for ten people. No wine glasses. House needs some amenities that we are use to in higher end rentals.

The house was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and all of the perks that came with it including the pool and spacious living room and kitchen. The owner let us know everything we needed to know beforehand and was very respectful. Definitely will keep this place in mind for future stays.

First and foremost clap it up for our host, Joseph. He was very responsive and very patient with being able to answer some of our questions leading to the trip. This continued during our stay at the property. Great job Joseph and thank you. As for the property, it was great! The place was immaculate and all the bedrooms had comfortable beds. Restrooms were clean and the grand kitchen was great with being able to hold multiple “cooks” at the same time. The location was great! Lyft rides to the diff hotels on the strip including Area 15 were about 12-15 minute rides and ranged from 20-40(depends on the distance of the hotel and time of the day). The pool was a hit with the kids and adults. The property was a great place to retreat after morning/noon strip trip. Have is the chance to hang out. Then at night hit the strip for shows and casinos without the minors. We had a great time and would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks.

Perfect Spot!

This was the perfect place for my family and I...All adults, the location is conveniently locatatd near the Las Vegas strip for easy access. And it had all the amenities we were wanting (pool, putting green, gas grill). We had a great time and this will be the place I book moving forward when I come to Vegas!

Beautiful, great location host was quick to reply with any accommodations that we needed. The only downfall I have to say was there was a lack of extra towels and toilet paper. Other than that it was fantastic!

Perfect Location for a Vegas Trip

The house if very large and accommodating. All 6 of us had a room, but some rooms have 2 beds so they can easily accommodate more. It was very windy outside, so we didn't get a chance to use the outdoors. However, very large and ample enough for a large family to relax. Distance from the strip and the airport is a short ride. You are off the strip which made it quiet. Cul-de-sac parking and driveway parking. The host Joseph is quick to answer any questions prior to getting there. Large towels provided but not wash clothes or hand towels. No problem Wal-Mart is within a 2 minute drive. We purchased a set of 12 and left them there, because we were delighted to have such awesome accommodations. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

Great place for a group of friends!

This place was great. The house is huge and very open so it is very easy to hang as a group in a common area. It's also rare to find such a big house with so many beds that close to the strip. There probably needs to be some finishing touches to make the house complete but hey, it's vegas. All you need is a bed, fridge/freezer, and a bathroom (which all were nice). Would rent again.
