The facilities in the hotel are pretty decent. Large room, somewhat updated furnishings, and good restaurants. I thought thecoupon book was great, and the mini bottles of shampoo and soap in the room were a throwback to Vegas of years past. You know what else is a throwback? the ventilation in the casino. My chest would hurt after spending an hour in the casino area. A mjority of the restaurants are on the casino floor with open air seating so you're breating in the smoke. The casino is also always unusually air conditioned. At all hours. I wore a jacket the entire stay because it was cold to walk around the entire time. I also don't understand the resort fee if the pool is closed and not all the restaurants are open 7 days a week. My stay doubled after I got the final bill just on the resort fee alone. I should just stay at a MGM resort because it's just predictable but I can breathe.
