It's sweet with free parking, free wifi, free breakfast and no resort fee. Keep it this way, don't change. Reputable hotel chain. Always like Residence Inn, it comes with kitchen; it's a plus plus plus.

Previously stayed in many other Residence Inn but this was the worst. Late check in due to a flight delay. The front clearly responded to my inquiry in a careless manner. In the room, we identified a thermostat not working giving up complaining after the unfriendly front attitude. Was very happy in a few other stayes in different hotels in Vegas, particularly those extended stays. The room cleanness is average if you may accept several debris in the sofa bed including some hairs.

Like with all less expensive Marriotts, everything was great, except the eggs, which taste powdered.

Has a great time in Las Vegas! Hotel staff was very accommodating! Would stay again. I just hope the carpets get cleaned.

Clean and spacious room. Services were up to the mark.

Thoughtfully and very well designed property. Everything works correctly. Staff is highly professional and pleasant. Best hotel experience I have ever had. Complimentary breakfast top notch! I am a Hotel owner operator. This Hotel is a compliment to the Industry! Truly deserves the best rating available.

For me it was worth some extra walking. Make sure you check Google maps to know how much walking... or you could take a cab. The included daily breakfast was a nice extra, and they also do daily specials around happy hour time. The wifi actually works well which you can't take for granted in Vegas.

We had a great stay, very comfortable, close to the strip, clean, and very helpful staff

I have stayed at this property for many years. It is a good property if you are ok being off the strip & do not want a casino in your hotel.

Our stay at residence inn in las vegas was comfortable for a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was good, ream was clean and A/C worked well, which was very important as the temp outside was 115 degrees. The location is also good, as it is <2 miles from the strip and all major locations can be easily accessed if you have a rental car.

I really enjoyed my stay- a real value in Vegas with the breakfast and the workout room. I was so happy to be off the strip and at a relaxing, place where you aren't smelling cigarette smoke and fighting crowds to get to your room

I've been staying in Las Vegas for a month for work. It's a different experience than when you're there on vacation. When you're getting up at 6 am - the emphasis is on "quiet, off strip, no fuss". I've stayed at multiple on strip and off strip hotels as I've been traveling back and forth. With the very large back to back conventions, this was one that popped up. First impressions are important. Finding this place is easy and it's immediately adjacent to multiple good restaurants like Gordon Biersche, Fogo de Chao - and it's immediately off Paradise. You're five minutes from the Vegas Strip. There are always taxis so if you'd like to run off and party without driving, it's very easy. Normally, I ask for a Quiet Room (away from elevators and vending). This room was close to the elevator, but I didn't hear a thing and I can awaken to any sound. Housekeeping was very good, I was very appreciative of their extra efforts especially with keeping up with my massive coffee consumption. The only small complaint I have is I could never establish a VPN connection to my corporate office. I'm a network engineer - the low speed of the wifi connection in the hotel is pretty l-o-w. It's free, but sometimes paid with higher speed and more reliable connections is better, especially when you're there to work. I did walk back from the Strip one evening and it was pleasant and not that far. So, forget the crybabies. Speaking of crybabies - and this is a pet peeve, parents control your children. This is absolutely never any excuse for allowing your children to run screaming up and down the hall in a hotel, ever. I don't care that you're there on vacation. This isn't your house and I surely would not care to see what your house looks like. At 7 am, nobody wants to hear your Precious Angels screaming about her beauty pageant.

Very clean, pets friendly only hotel in Vegas where pets (other than dogs) are welcome. Only thing is 20-30min walking to the strip. Quiet location though! Our parrot and us are recommending it!

State here last weekend for EDC Vegas and it was great! Staff was super friendly. The location I about three blocks from the strip but we were there for EDC and while it was still far it was worth the walk to the strip and the drive to the speedway. I'd be more than happy to book here again. Room was clean breakfast was decent, the staff was great.

If you are in Las Vegas for Business, the Residence Inn by Marriott at the Hughes Center is well located, not too far from the airport and close enough to the Las Vegas Strip.

Meeting friends, and wishing to avoid the negatives of Vegas, I booked here. The grounds were clean, green, quiet, and attractive. Personnel were polite, pleasant, and responsive. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable - everything was spotless (new?) and fresh. The kitchen equipment clean and serviceable. Coffee equipment and supplies - standard meh. Breakfast lobby/patio breakfast satisfyingly good in peaceful ambiance. Lobby medicine cabinet well stocked and broad range of vending machine snacks offered . A mile from strip, $8.50 for a taxi to the strip; or straight, easy drive to strip (park at Flamingo and walk). In all, it was the BEST part of my Las Vegas stay - after a day out, it was a joyful relief to return to the hotel. Appreciate the complimentary wireless and safe parking. Good for family group with polite, well-behaved children. Take mini-monsters elsewhere.

I was in a bodybuilding competition so I needed a kitchen to make my food while there. This was the most reasonably priced place with a full kitchen. The maids came in and even did our dishes for us! It's close to restaurants, the strip, and grocery stores. Everything was within 2 miles of the hotel. The even had free dinner during the week, free breakfast daily, and free wi-fi/parking.

The room was great. Very comfortable bed, lots of hot water early in the morning. Desk staff wwent out of thbe way to be helpful. Hot breakfast had a variety, even had fresh fruit available.

Great location, friendly staff made our stay a great one would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

room was very clean, quiet and spacious
