Property was as listed. Great benefit having the property connected to the MGM Grand, easy access to all MGM amenities. Communication with host was very good, all questions answered quickly.

Love MGM Signature

Our second stay at MGM Signature and Matt made this one even better. The unit was fantastic with a separate bedroom and two baths. It felt extremely spacious. A corner unit with a full kitchen, who could ask for more! Matt was great at communication before, during, and after. We will definitely be back!

The property was as listed, and definitely very clean & well maintained and we are grateful and truly enjoyed our time at your property. My low star for check in was because of our early flight arrival and we waited 8 hours to check in 😢 but that was a lesson well learned. We will arrive closer to time to be able to check in next year.

We couldn't be happier with our stay!!

Had the best experience staying here at the MGM Signature Condo. Checked in right at 4:00 with no wait, the condo was spotless and stocked with mostly everything we thought it would have. King sized bed was so comfortable and we LOVED the balcony and the view was perfect. Anytime we e-mailed with a question or request for garbage pickup the manager responded right away. We were close to several restaurants and the miracle mile mall and the complimentary valet parking was so convenient and we never had to wait long. The condo even had separate thermostats - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Great location - Great condo - I will tell any friends or family who plan to visit Las Vegas in the future to stay here as we had a great experience.

Loved this place! Will come again!

My husband and I usually spend atleast $500/night on rooms in Vegas. We found this one in the Signature and just thought we'd try it out. It was amazing. Great room with lots of space, full kitchen, bldg 1 which is super convenient. Balcony and views are awesome. Bed is super comfy and lots of room for storage and etc. We will definitely book with you again!! Also....customer service was awesome...really easy. Thanks!!

Great condo!

This condo was a much better option for our family of 4 than staying at one of the hotels on the strip. We loved having the kitchen and not being forced to eat out for every meal. Being in Tower 1, it was a short additional walk to get to the hotel and the strip, but it was very close to the MGM Grand pool area and the monorail. We also liked the pool located at the tower. We did experience an issue in which we didn't have hot water when we arrived and were trying to take showers, but the situation was resolved relatively quickly and we were compensated for our troubles. The condo was great, and we loved the view from up high.

CLEAN, SPACIOUS, AND GREAT LOCATION

My family and I loved this rental. It was updated and very nice but the most important key factor was the location. We had a balcony over looking the strip and the view was amazing. We got two connecting studios that had a main door entrance to both with separate entry doors to each. There was a hall connecting the place to MGM Grand. Worth every dollar and you get way more bang for your buck than all the fancy hotels on the strip. The valet and check in services were also a great experience. We will definitely use this place again!
