During our stay, the staff was friendly and polite. The rooms are a bit outdated with worn furniture and scuffs and scrapes on the walls. But it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. During our stay, the rooms were undergoing a remodel, so I'm looking forward to seeing the new upgrades when we stay in the future.

This was one of my worst experiences in Las Vegas. The room was really outdated. Mildew everywhere, torn carpet, holes in the floor. TV didn't work, phone didn't work. Nobody available to fix anything. I want a refund

Overall, we had a good stay. The location is excellent, offering very convenient access to the Strip. While it took a bit of time to find a parking spot, the fact that it is free is a great perk. Our rooms were clean, though they did feel slightly dated. My main concern was the open access to the parking garage and elevators; since it is open to the public for casino access, we encountered a very strong smoke smell in those areas. However, we felt safe throughout our trip and enjoyed the experience overall.

The staff were friendly and amenities were very clean! We had our own kitchen facilities, everything was clean! The overall experience was great! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family who would go over and visit! I WILL definitely stay here again! Was very central on the strip! Was quiet and felt safe! Just a nice place! Little dated but still very nice and clean and quiet and friendly and in a perfect position on the strip!

Never book this place. They are third party not the actual resort. They work only during week days and they wont respond your phone calls or emails. You possibly will loose your communication with them. I do not recommend them to you at all. Go a gead and book using an actual resort or hotel agent.
