Staff was friendly. Check in quick and correct. Restaurant has quality food and

Gave us a wonderful starting point for enjoying historic Las Vegas!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the small city of Las Vegas, NM. I hope to return by Amtrak sometime and make a weekend of it. We requested and got a quiet room at the back of the hotel. I suspect that the front rooms, overlooking the plaza, might be noisy on weekend nights.

The restaurant at the hotel was exceptional! We also enjoyed learning about the history of the hotel and the surrounding area.

Good experience! I enjoyed walking around town. Had the blue corn enchiladas in hotel dining room. Since I was traveling for 7 weeks, I had a lot of luggage which I took to my 2nd floor room to secure it rather than leave it in the car on the street. No secure parking. Ecletic decor. Period pieces with painted furniture. Not my taste but someone 's. I would call it shabby chic.

We arrived before check-in time but the hotel clerk found us a room that was ready. The room was large and comfortable. One issue was a broken lamp and trouble with the remote. We told the staff upon departure. The bar was cool and offered the option to eat there instead of in the DR.

We had a very comfortable night at the Plaza Hotel. We had a delicious dinner, also. Nice waiter, good food. Toured some historic buildings, too.

We love staying in historic hotels and The Plaza is a great place to stay with an exceptional staff. The hotel has been brought back to life with a great restoration.

The hotel is beautiful! The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and the hotel restaurant and bar exceeded my expectations.

This hotel and staff were wonderful, will return soon.

when we arrived we were informed the water heater to the restaurant and bar was not working for the two days we stayed at the hotel. Our first room was very small. We requested and were provided another room that was more spacious and comfortable.

I have been hearing about the Plaza Hotel. It is very nice and had a lively bar. we ate in the dining room which was good. The room was large, quiet and pretty. the value is unsurpassed. I would love to go back and take friends. The staff was very competent and nice.

Great location, great staff, great area full of beautiful people. Room was very clean and comfy. The hotel itself doesn't have too many amenities but its close to all the best things in the area. Restaurant on-site has great food and service.

Ate at the restaurant, all food was great. Service through out the hotel was quite nice. We were just passing through. I would recommend this hotel.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Plaza Hotel. Our room was comfortable with the cool mountain air coming thru the open window. We had a well prepared breakfast in the hotel dining room. We especially enjoyed the locally grown fruit. The staff was friendly and efficient... Hope to return sometime soon.

Great antique furniture, very large room. Yes I will encourage my friends to stay at the historic Plaza Hotel in the quaint city of Las Vegas, NM

The Plaza was comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar within the hotel had a friendly staff and great service. I would rate the food and drinks very satisfactory. The residence, that we came in contact with, of the town of Las Vegas were friendly and helpful. The trip to the Plaza and Las Vegas was a pleasant experience.

Stopped here for a night on our way to Phoenix. Property is nicely restored, though a little lacking in areas. TV placed in an antique satin lined armoire but the satin lining was peeling off. Window in tub area of bathroom is partially located in tub wall, making one feel a little insecure about privacy. The plaza area where hotel is located is terribly rundown and many storefronts appear abandoned. Except for the hotel restaurant, dining out is severely limited, unless you want to get in the car and drive. Hotel restaurant was ok but prices were high for offerings.

I really wanted to stay here, since it is one of the original hotels in this city. We usually just stop for a quick meal in town on our way from Albuquerque to Colorado Springs. It's being remodeled, but is already as charming as the original - decor, furnishings, ambience. The free breakfast is not available anymore, but there is coffe and juice in the lobby. We had dinner at the NYPD pizza restaurant about 3 blocks away.
