Very pleased with the room rate and quiet area. Not near other hotels, but that's alright with me.

Good for the price. Close to other hotels in the strip, within walking distance in cooler weather. Room was clean but the sink had a slow drain.

Stinky, next door people were sitting outside and made loud noice throughout night boozing and smoking as if it was their patio.,definitely not suitable for families

Good hotel, close to the strip with decent pricing. Nice comfortable beds.

Arrived to only one person checking people in, there was a long line, a long wait, and the check in employee was new and was not getting too much support from the assistant manager. When I finally enter the room, I noticed that it was missing many of the things you find in any other hotel. I went back to the check in office and told them I had no sheets, blankets and pillows for the sofa bed. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and she responded "That's right, you need to request that here." Then I got the things I needed but the pillows. They were out. I was very disappointed, I feel like I paid a high price for what I got. On top of that when I booked It said continental breakfast for 2, and I didn't get any of that, no ticket boucher. Finally, I noticed that the trash cans in the room didn't get emptied, made me think, if they couldn't even change the trash bag, did they change the bed sheets? There was also no working batteries in the TV remote. I will never use that hotel again. I feel that it was a rip off, and a horrible experience. Check out was excellent though.

Room was surprisingly large...got 1br. Smell of paint or chemicals was present, albeit faint, and the room seemed updated recently. A/C was only in 1 room, lving area, but had fan to pull through wall for bedroom. Worked fine. Not my favorite spot but ok in a pinch.

I checked in and checked out on the SAME day, Never EVER have I done that before, and I lost my $100 and didn't care because my skin will thank me later for it. I thought this place was reasonable and only for a couple of hours just to rest before the drive back home. I can actually see that Extended Stay tried having a neat and clean appearance, but when you start to look around, dirtiness just seems to jump out at you! Dirt: The very thin bedspread had a stain on it (eeew!), suggestion: if it doesn't wash out, get rid of it. The floor: I wouldn't dare take my shoes off because when I looked down at the laminated floor it clearly had not been mopped. Noticeable dirt stains and previous shoe prints all over (eeew) The living room: Desk had been wiped but not cleaned because there was still food stuck on it from the previous occupant (eeew again). The tv even had stains on it (wth). They obviously have hired people or someone who does not care when cleaning a room. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and apologized for my dissatisfaction and offered a different room, but my husband and I decided we had seen enough to not feel comfortable here. I have never stayed at an Extended Stay before, and now I know I will bypass due to the quality of care that is not put into it. I will continue to pay more for the nicer hotels in Vegas even if it is only for a couple of hours of rest.

The evening staff was wonderful. We liked that there was no carpet in the rooms. Continental breakfast was ok but glad that they offered it. Will stay again.

The very bad smell coming from the remodeling really gave us hard time staying in.

Room size were good but unfortunately not very clean.

The only thing we liked its close to the strip and the hotel staff was nice..But other than that we didn't like the room....It supposed to be A Non smoking and when we got to the room it smelled a lot like a smoking room and that sucked, and it had more defects in the room..We had no options since it was the last room they had..We will not come to this hotel again.

The hotel was in need of remodeling. The sofa-bed looks like its 100 years old And dirty. There was bags full of trash left in the hallways and our room had an awful smell to it. Besides, its too far from the strip!

Everyone was very nice helpful and professional.

Staff at front desk was great, location isn't the best but it's worth it.

We were here for a weekend event. This place was perfect! we fit comfortably, were able to save some money cooking up something rather than eating out every meal all weekend. The staff was friendly and attentive. Will def stay here again.

We were on a 15 day national park visit and since this hotel is on our way to Death Valley I booked this hotel. We always stayed in strip in all our previous Vegas visits. This is just an okay hotel for the price we paid and I would not stay there again. I felt it was little scary and shady (that is how we felt when we reached this hotel in the night). We asked for non-smoking room, and guess what we got a smoking room. Manager said they don't have any open rooms available. by morning we were completely stinked and smoked. We did not bother to complain as we were only there for 8 hours. ooh forgot to mention, air condition was bad and there was some blower in the room which was really noisy. Bath rooms were too small. Guess I should not expect any thing more for the price I paid. thanks

Good service in general, nice weather inside the room, good tv channels and rooms size is good, but bathroom towells are not soft and need to change that, please use softner

I was just looking for a place that was relatively cheap and next to the strip. The couch was a little smelly, but everything else was pretty much average.

If you're looking for somewhere to stay that is easy on the wallet and close to the strip as well this is the place for you. Room wasnt the bellagio but for those who are here to gamble and just want a room to sleep in this is the place for you.

Thank you for your feedback. Although you liked the service provided by our Front Desk associates, we are sorry for the cleanliness issue you experienced while you were here and regret the inconvenience it caused. We have checklists in place to inspect every suite after it has been serviced. Unfortunately, we missed something during this process, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We are working with our Housekeeping team to reiterate the importance of our daily checklists to make sure this isn't repeated. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide a better experience on your next stay. Sincerely, General Manager
