When I first got there the service was ok. Once we made it to our room the room looked pretty clean but the sink in the kitchen was dirty and the bathroom sink was draining slow like the sink was clogged those little things I can look over but on my last day my fitted sheet came off my bed and on the mattress pad was a pee stain from the end of the bed to the middle of the bed and then I pulled my fitted back on to notice that my fitted also had a pee stains on it too!! Also when I want to get new towels at front desk the lady told me that they didn't have any because they haven't washed yet and it was 4:30 the evening and that I had to use my old ones!!! I will never stay there again and I will not recommend this place to anyone else!!!!
I loved the location! If you want to come to your room and be "left alone" you can but you do it with the knowledge that if you want to be waited on, you can literally hop, skip and jump to the office. There the staff will accommodate you to the best of their ability.
It was located perfect for us . Room was very clean bed comfy deffently will stay again. Staff was friendly. Loved the fact that we didnt have to eat out every single meal and was able to relax by the pool
walkways and all outside areas trash all over the place, floor was filthy in the room, had to wear shoes inside or the floor would turn your feet black. they advertise that the hotel was remodeled, if so would not like to have seen it before. they advertise low rates but if you look around you can find better deals in much nicer places.
We stayed there and one of the night we were returning from the city we found the lock of the door broken. Somebody tried to open or he/she did but nothing was missing. It was disturbing and we did not feel safe so on. Also in the check in day we were told to go to another location because they had a floating problem with some rooms. We did not pay for the first night and next morning we change the location again for the original location. The room has a tv room with a sofa bed and in the bedroom with 2 queen size beds. It was nice. But the floor was not clean and we found a crouch in the bedroom.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 nights and had a great stay. I never felt uncomfortable to walk outside or felt sketchy about the area. The location is great because it's right off the strip but you don't have to worry about traffic. The staff were very nice and accommodating. People also seemed to have a great time in the pool area. I think that this hotel is a great value for the price. I would recommend.
This hotel was amazing. The price was great, the location was well situated and the room itself was very spacious. I did not expect to have an apartment like stay at a 2 star rated hotel. Our overall stay was extrememly satisfied. Definitely recommended.
Room was fine and kitchenette was perfect, but they need to collect trash daily. Cans outside rooms overflowing. There was also no room cleaning, so needed to go and ask for clean towels. Would stay here again if I could not find anotherone.
Staying at a hotel in Las Vegas in July, if you expect there will be some type of air conditioning, this is not the place to stay. The area is questionable, there were loud unsavory characters in the outside hallways, the elevators were not working so I carried my bags up to third floor outside in the heat and was welcomed into a semi cleaned hot room. The pink mold in shower was a concern. Also, there is no getting the front desk on the phone if you are calling from offsite, you will be routed to a reservation line where the answering people will not be able to help you with onsite issues.
Good place to stay. Service people are friendly and competent. Pool is generally has some palm tree leaves in it but the employees clean it out at least once a day (the palm trees are too close to the pool). The apartments are clean, well-maintained and come with full-size refrigerator, stovetop and low wattage microwave. We stayed on the second floor which is accessible by stairs or elevator. As we had a lot of luggage, the elevator was useful. No smoking in any of the rooms or within 100 feet of any room. However, this rule was broken by almost everyone who smokes. Even with this, the air filtration system is sufficient to prevent the rooms from smelling of smoke. I had one issue in my room; the vegetable bin in the refrigerator was stuck and could not be used. Within one hour of contacting the front desk, it was fixed. Quite impressive. Overall, I would recommend this Extended Stay America to anyone who has a need for a furnished, long-term but not leased apartment close to the Las Vegas strip.
