The room was clean and comfortable but the immediate outdoor areas/surroundings were filthy
Decent place for a decent price. Would stay there again.
Slow service. Double beds with one small pillow. Requesting additional items needed in room, like extra pillows or towels takes a while for staff to bring to room. Not safest area. A fight broke out outside and pepperspray was used, caused a lot of coughing. The good thing is that they were to keep it from escalating quickly. Security on site. Police responded quickly. It's not someplace I would recommend walking alone day or night. Walk in pairs.
Good place to stay. You need car to go around in the city
the place was clean and they give me ice cubes with thier machine. l love that
A/C unit was just barely hanging in the wall with a big gap to the outside. It was also so close to the bed, the person sleeping there would freeze while the room was warm. That could he because of the big gap.
Called the front desk 3 times it kept going to voice mail. The refrigerator was not plugged up the cord was too short to reach the plug from where it was sitting. We couldn't use it.
One poor employee trying to accommodate a line of people. Took forever.
The property is very nice she’s close to the strip easy to get around and has a casino inside
The entire place smells like smoke. Although I prepaid for the room, the check-in process took around 40 minutes due to a long single line and inefficiency. The toilet ran every few minutes and there was a gap between the floor and the door to the outside...leaving room for bugs (cockroaches) to freely crawl inside; there were many crawling outside around the pool area. The location is not bad, but it is not worth the price and resort fee.
There were roaches crawling around near the microwave
Room was very small with two beds in it, air conditioner did not work well and the neighborhood was pretty bad.
