There was a bunch of trash behind the tv stans and hair on the "clean" towels.
I wouldn’t stay here again.
I didn’t catch her name but she is Guam and wears glasses. Super helpful and knowledgeable! She is a great example of what a guest services rep should be and needs to be recognized! Room was clean and it was a quick stay so we didn’t get to use amenities
.
Great location and price was amazing.
Good place for the price
The room was “clean” but smelled like cigarette smoke (non-smoking room). Good value for the money but if you’re a non-smoker, be warned all your clothes will smell like smoke and the smoke smell may irritate you.
I didn’t like the hidden fees, I had paid over 4 hundred dollars for 5 nights and I had to pay an extra 250 dollars when I checked in . The carpets are dirty so please wear slippers walking around the room or your feet will be black, I broke out with bumps all over my neck from laying on them sheets so the wasn’t clean, the toilet kept getting clogged every night I was there. I do not recommend this place at all, a waste of money . You will be very disappointed. Stay away , I wish I listened to the other reviews, they all was right about the place. Honestly it need to be shut down Foreal
I was so happy that there was a fridge AND a microwave! Even expensive hotel rooms don’t always have both. The room was clean, did not smell bad, and the location was perfect when attending an event at Allegiant Stadium. The AC was noisy and didn’t put out the coldest air and the pillows were paper thin but all-in-all it was a great and accommodating room for the price.
Overall, this motel is just fine. The casino component is a little depressing, but most casinos are. It’s off the beaten path. Mostly quiet. The room was clean.
room and property in general was dirty and smelled bad. area where property is located did not seem safe, very sketchy
Room was not properly cleaned. There was a white powdery substance on the dresser and the room smelled like cigarette smoke and its supposed to be a non smoking room. Room phone was not working. Called front desk from cp, front desk said they were going to send somebody to move us to another room. Nobody showed up after along wait so we decided to just move to a different hotel.
Terrible, terrible place. They charge you a deposit for the room plus a deposit if you have a pet. We checked into our room. It was dark and dingy, awful dirty carpet. we changed rooms, that room spelled like 100 dogs used it as their bathroom. We changed rooms again, in the third room, the air conditioner was blowing hot air and was not adjustable. We decided that was enough and went to another hotel.
Dated but clean. Service was average. Coffee in the morning; otherwise no amenities. Pool was locked and closed even though the temp was 70F. Decent value.
The property is close to everything which is good. My door would not lock correctly unless you slammed it. I would come home every night and just push my door open.
