Located on the second floor with private entrance. A large balcony offers peaceful views to the mountains. Both Bedrooms have a desk , access to your private Bath and a King or Queen bed.. Located in a safe and serene community. Walking distance to shopping. Min stay 31 days , longer term stay is welcome. Detached one car garage.The serene community is located in the nice and safe area in the heart of Green Valley with restaurants and shopping in walking distance . The sunset station casino is near by . The community is well kept and offers three pools. Located on the second floor the condo has a spacious floor plan with 2 large bedrooms and a balcony with view to the mountains inviting for outside dining. A detached garage is available for your car .There is ample guest parking . The condo was just remodeled and has new appliances. Washer and Dryer are inside. Large TV and modern , electric fireplace for colorful ambiance. We also have a baby bath /baby bed and high seat available if necessary.
The entire condo is available to the guests as well as a one car garage.
