This home has 2 living spaces with direct TV and comfortable couches. 2 patio spaces, one screened in and one outdoor to enjoy the bird friendly landscape. There is a large kitchen as well as an outdoor grill. Close to freeway access, just 10 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip, 10 Minutes to Lake Mead National Park, 20 Minutes to Red Rock State Park or Valley of Fire. Just steps away from Water Street with Lifeguard Arena for Hockey, 2 Breweries, and many restaurants, Farmer's Market and community events.
