The apartment is located right at the start of the boulevard, with direct access to the beach. It features two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating three people. A convertible sofa in the living room can also sleep two additional guests. The apartment has two full bathrooms. The cleanliness is very good.
The hot water is sufficient for one full bath at a time. If others shower afterward, they’ll need to wait about 15 minutes for the tank to reheat. This might be inconvenient since the apartment can accommodate up to five people. A washer and dryer are available, but the dryer requires two cycles to dry clothes completely.
On the upside, the local market is just one block away, and plenty of restaurants serve various cuisines nearby.
Parking is limited. The nearest parking garage is about five blocks away and costs around 15 euros daily.
