Halfway between Figeac and Cajarc, 2 km from the department of Aveyron, come and stay in this stone gîte, fully restored, located in the countryside and enjoying a panoramic view of Saint Pierre Toirac and its fortified church. On the 1st floor, kitchen (microwave, pyrolysis oven...) and dining area. On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms (2 1.40m beds), one with outside access to a terrace, bathroom and separate toilet. On the mezzanine, independent living room. Enclosed grounds, terrace, courtyard with parking space. Oil central heating, laundry room (washing machine, freezer). Household linen included.

Maison restaurée avec goût et soin.Bien située, proche de Figeac, de la grotte de Froissac et de bien d'autres sites d'intérêt.Belles randonnées alentours possible.Grand terrain bien entretenu, avec table, chaises, transat, très calme avec une belle vue sur le village de Saint Pierre Toirac.L'intérieur est très propre et très bien équipée.L'accueil est parfait.Idéal pour se ressourcer ou visiter le Lot.
