It is located on a small hill overlooking Ayia Napa.
The villa offers spacious and modern kitchen, living and dining area which have easy access to the private swimming pool with spectacular views and 3 bedrooms furnished to a very high standard.
There is one bedroom, one bathroom with toilet and shower and one guest toilet on ground floor.
An en-suite master bedroom with ganificent view is on the first floor including shower and toilet plus a second bedroom with another shower room with toilet.

Lovely house

This house is on the outskirts of Ayia Napa with a beautiful view over the town. We liked being out of the hustle and bustle and didn’t mind the 20-25min walk in and out for meals etc, and a taxi was always an option, but it is on a hill so maybe not so good for young children or people with mobility issues. Would definitely recommend having a car for grocery shopping etc. The house was very well laid out and suited my adult family very well.
