The Résidence Les Dunes de Toulhars boasts architecture that blends beautifully with the coastline and enjoys a peaceful location. Its beachfront location makes this studio apartment particularly appealing. Situated on the first floor and on the corner of the residence with elevator access, this studio enjoys a magnificent sea view that can be admired from its large, south-facing terrace or from its open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, oven, range hood, microwave, and dishwasher). The living area offers sleeping space for 2 to 3 people with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). The entrance has a closet, the bathroom has a window and a washing machine, and the toilet is separate. Private parking is available next door, and a bicycle storage area is also provided. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi.
