Nothing can say, if you choose to book. You will regret forever. Hotel Rooms dirty, no towel, no housekeeping, breakfast bad, swimming pool dirty, many mosquito in room, shower broken, TV broken, the most important is Check In need to wait for 6hours to get the room ready. Hotel staff not friendly, those Malay staff lie to customer. The hotel still have room available but they dont want to check then simply say no rooms available. Lazy Staff Hotel no electricity, cheap hotel do not provide any generator. Housekeeper stolen my money for about MYR500.00, suggest do not leave anything inside your room. Call to reception to sent something, maybe you need to wait until morning. The worst holiday i ever spend here PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Let them to be improve, everything broken also dont want to repair.
Warm hospitality, friendly staff that's attentive and helpful. Cosy and spacious room not forgetting a sizeable swimming pool that gives a scenic view of the sea. With all amazing characteristics that I encountered literally it is a promise on my next business visit and it's a choice to stay for holiday as recommended....
Firstly for a sheraton brand this place definitely does not live up to the brand name...very low class..trees and garden not up to standard..more like a bush.some kitchen staff not accommodating in the least bit..rooms are very spacious .bathroom has a lot of grime..shower was broken .door latch was broken..very disappointing place..very out of the city although close to airport. The only good thing was watching the sunset..that was an amazing view.
me and my family had an amazing stay. the bad part of that are the rate of meals were very high and live insects in pool . but the stay was very comfortable. next time if it imprices we'll give a five star! we were very satisfied.keep going like this!!
I was wary about booking the hotel due to mixed reviews but I went ahead anyway due to the good deal. I'm glad I did. The rooms were spacious, pool was lovely & overlooks the beach, and my parents enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet very much. It is very near to the airport & midway between town & cable car, so location is good if you want to check out both. However, it also means that it is far from anything else, so you have to factor spending on cabs. Internet signals not strong, rooms are not tip top clean & some furnishings look old, but overall, I don't mind staying here again!
The good Practically none. Staff tried their best but the resort is in serious need of refurbishment. The Bad Front office staff was clueless on anything. Room air conditioning was leaking. Large rooms but really dated. Rain flies was infesting my room and bed. Rain shower is old and dated. Looks like it's gonna fall on my head anytime. Large pool but was moldy at the center of the pool.
The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the airport so we booked 3 rooms and stayed here for 5 nights during our family trip in Langkawi. Our room condition was great, they were spacious and tidy and equipped with wifi. The staff who went by the name Ady gave us the best service. He was always smiling, was so very friendly, helpful and accommodated most of our requests in the nick of time. He also helped us a lot with the places around. Best customer service ever! During our visit, my mom, not knowingly, dropped a few hundred bucks on the floor in our hotel room. She only realized that her money was gone when we were out enjoying ourselves at Langkawi Cable Car. Fortunately, when we got back to the hotel, the money was placed on the bed. Feeling grateful, she immediately went on to see Mr. Ady and was told by him that Kak Linda was the housekeeper of our room for that day. She was excited to see Kak Linda the next morning and couldn't thank her enough! We all praised her honesty and professionalism. Kudos to Mr. Ady and Kak Linda for the awesome hospitality they gave us! Downside, the room rate is definitely on the pricey side tho. Maybe 200 - 400 bucks for the cheapest room would've justified it more. Plus, it would be really great if they had a vending machine somewhere in the hotel for guests to quench their thirst or get a quick snack as the hotel location is miles miles away from town. Overall, our stay here was so cosy and the hospitality was great. This hotel will definitely be our preferred choice of accommodation when we visit Langkawi again next time. Thanks to Century for the amazing experience!
I stayed for four nights in partial see view room. The room was very large and clean, also was the bathroom, the staff were nice and helpful. However the property needs more work on maintenance, when you go around the resort you feel like it's an abandoned place that no one set foot in a decade except for the pool area. also it's supposed to be a beach resort, but guests can not enjoy the beach which was the biggest disappointment they got a nice beach with a beautiful view but they don't make any use of it which is a big shame
I stayed here only one night mainly coz it was a bit nearer to Telaga Harbour as we were going koh lipe in the morning. The resort took my breath away a moment. As rundown it may seem, you must appreciate the fact that it was beautiful and Majestic in its prime days. I actually loved the whole feel of the resort. Of course everything needs a overhaul. My room was big and spacious... peeling paint...yellowish water from bathtub.... there wasn't a thing I couldn't find fault with hahaha.... the breakfast saved the stay here. And the staff were pretty friendly and helpful. So my advice, stay if you need to go to the harbour but have your own transport coz you need to eat out anyway and the nearest eating place is a distance away.
This hotel must be given a minus stars ... like minus 4 or 5 stars .... bad hygiene ... very dirty walksides and corredors .... i recieved the suite very dirty ... dust was covering the ground... dirty towels ... AC and minibar was not working ... made too many complaints... but as if u were talking with yourself ... no response ... the room service came and just broomed the ground... no cleaning ... just a show ... the furniture very very old .... the whole area is outdated ... the resort needs a new managemnt that cares about it and about the guests .... it has a great pool ... and a great sea view ... but what a waste ... nothing is clean or tidy .... the food is oweful ... no hygiene ... the guy who was making the omelette... was sweeping his sweat with his hand ... then went to chop off some vegetables.... Very bad experience.... dont u ever go there ...
