Located on the serene shores of Lake Lanier, it offers a private getaway with easy access to various tourist attractions and restaurants. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in and unwind in the cozy living area with a fine HDTV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows after a day of adventure.



The retreat features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. With 2 King beds, 3 Queens, 2 Twins, a sleeper sofa, and an inflatable queen air mattress, you’ll find comfortable sleeping arrangements for all. The full kitchen and downstairs bar cater to all your dining needs, while the hot tub invites you to relax and rejuvenate.

As a guest of Lakeshore Retreat, you have access to a number of amenities offering outdoor fun. Swimmers at Lake Lanier are encouraged to swim at designated swim areas only due to high-speed boating. You can arrange with us in advance to purchase access to five kayaks on the property for lake enjoyment on one-tenth of an acre of lakefront. There is also a fishing spot at the lake access across the street, this can be accessed from the red stairs showcased in the listing photos. Please bring your own fishing equipment as this is not rentable through us.



There is a private entrance with a unique access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times.



We have lake amenities that are available for rent. Daily rental pricing per item:



2 Single Kayak - $35 per Kayak

1 Paddle Board - $10

PLEASE NOTE:

We love hosting furry friends! Pets are welcome with prior approval, and a pet fee applies. To help us ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please share the number of pets you’re bringing along, as well as their breed and weight, before booking. We’re happy to consider your request and will get back to you promptly with approval.



We engage in pest control at all of our properties, however, due to the rural nature of some of our properties guests may encounter insects and other small creatures. This can include ladybugs, flies, scorpions, mice, etc.



The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.



Reminder: If a guest missed the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.



There is a camera monitoring the parking area.



The driveway is shared with another rental property, please park in the parking space by the retreat. The top of the driveway can accommodate all of your vehicles for your stay.
