Ocean Unit 1 - Apartamento de lujo con vista al mar

Este lujoso apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, ubicado en el 1er piso con vista a la bahía de Lancelin, ofrece todas las comodidades de un alojamiento estilo resort. Le proporciona fácil acceso a la playa y se encuentra a poca distancia de las tiendas, tabernas y restaurantes.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama de matrimonio con puertas plegables que se abren al balcón y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha doble. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas individuales que se pueden unir para formar una doble y tiene su propio baño privado con ducha, inodoro y tocador.

Hay una gran sala de estar con un cómodo sofá, televisor de pared, aire acondicionado y mesa de comedor. La cocina ofrece una nevera grande, microondas, placa eléctrica y lavavajillas. Hay una sala de estar y un balcón en la parte trasera de la propiedad y en la planta baja se ofrece servicio de lavandería compartido, ducha al aire libre y patio trasero comunitario. Ropa de cama completa se suministra todo lo que tiene que traer son sus toallas de playa. El apartamento de la planta superior también está disponible para alquiler.

Esta propiedad duerme estrictamente 4.  No se permiten carpas, caravanas o remolques de campamento en la propiedad. No se permite fumar dentro o fuera de la propiedad y lo siento no mascotas.

La hora de entrada es a las 2 pm a menos que se haya hecho un acuerdo previo.

Air con in bedroom not working but this was okay and plug in basin stuck so couldn't get rid of water. Pressure in 2nd bathroom shower not great. Despite these it was still a wonderful weekend which we really enjoyed

Big apartment, set up generous with plenty of space. Amazing location with beautiful view. Walkable distance to all shops, cafes, restaurants, beach. However poor maintance of the beautiful apartment: No warm water in the shower of the main bedroom although already raised by guests 6 months ago!! Same for AC not working although already raised by previous guests. Blinds towards main entrance and street not working hence no privacy. Floor super dirty which was difficult with a crawling baby. I had to vacuum myself first thing after arrival.

This apartment is very luxurious and well stocked. We loved the location. Alicia was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and special. We had a few minor teething issues as this was the first holiday rental ever. A more comfortable larger bed in main bedroom would be good. The aircon in main bedroom needs fixing. The tin opener provided was useless. The owner was very kind to allow us access to the garage, however this should be standard. Lancelin is a place where lots of toys are required and not having adequate safe storage, would of been a nightmare. Better blackout blinds/curtains in spare bedroom would be good. Current blinds let a lot of light in. The furnishings are beautiful and a credit to owner and manager. Overall we had a great time. Thank you.

Owners are on site right next to you, if your comfortable with that. All four apartments are connected so not much privacy for your stay. But if your ok with being right on top of other holiday makers as well as the owners then you will enjoy the stay.

Great modern property, excellent location, walking distance to shops and cafes.

Have stayed here previously and plan to stay again. comfortable accommodation, a shame there is some water damage at front of house (obviously some big storms in Lancelin). Leah the property manager is always efficient to respond on any queries.
