Great staff, quick hassle-free check in.well stocked continental breakfast, perfect for a quick bite to eat during our rushed mornings. The parking lot looks sketchy, but we did not have have any bad experiences.the hotel can use some upgrading, but it was clean, convenient and the price was right.

Tried to get a late checkout didn't even want to give us 15 minutes

Very dissatisfied! Checked in.The room across from lots of noise. Requested a quiet room, wanted to rest. Room changed, 4th fl. Went out for a bite, arrived later in evening, smell of old food. Opened curtains, found a dried up half of eaten apple, molded. Called to speak to a Hotel Mgr. None available. Took PHOTO. Next morning, went to see Mgr. On duty, explained my issue. Left ouy, room was to be cleaned. I rrturned, to find the same dried up Apple in the room. Undesirable staff cleaning!! No one seem to be concerned of this. WILL not be going back.

Good HOTEL, NICE and QUITE, Good PRICE, I WOULD RECOMMEND

This is the hotel we stayed for state cup. It has friendly hotel staff. the room is clean. The only issue is its location. It is close to freeway, easy to find but too noisy at night.

Nice reservation for friends and family membersand their get away vacancies

right off the fwy , windowa open for some fresh cool air

Hotel met expectations. Was an overall enjoyable experience.

It wasn't that bad. I like the free breakfast. The receptionist was nice. The hotel was quiet because I don't think there's a lot of guest. The only thing is, just like the other reviews on this hotel...it's old and need some renovation. Well...I will say the carpet definitely need to be replaced. But other than that, our stay wasn't that bad.

We just needed a one night stay for a work trip. I was a little nervous with the reviews I read on another site after I had already booked, but the hotel was nicer than I expected. The review are accurate about the heating. It constantly comes one and off because the window and doors leak. They need to improve the insulation. The lady that works the complimentary breakfast really is very nice like the other reviews I read. Food was good, hot eggs and sausage, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, toast, etc., much better than the cold pastry, breads, and coffee ones. The free wifi worked great, room is comfortable and having a desk was nice considering we needed to work in the room a bit. I also liked the cable channel selections. They included some Asian channels so it's nice for travelers that speak Mandarin, Japanese or Korean. Check in was a very long wait because there was some problems with a large group's reservation. There was only one front desk person when we checked in, and I thought she handled it very nicely considering the stress she was under with all the unhappy and tired guests.

Clean, cost effective hotel. Close to freeway. I'd stay there again, for the price. hard to do better in this area for the price.

Hotel looks quite new, and it is close to free way. The lobby staff was slow. We waited for about 10 minutes to get her show up since we're the only guest at 7:00pm. I saw only 3~4 cars in the whole parking lot, and it looks dark for almost all rooms in the evening. Maybe this small town has too many hotels around this area.

We arrive late and left early, at least it's a good place for a nice sleep

The staff were very friendly. both at check in and in the complimentary breakfast area. The breakfast was good. Even though the hotel is right near the freeway on ramp, the room was absolutely quiet.

The hotel is set pretty far back from the road, so you'll have to weave your way past a derelict restaurant and some chain link fences before you can figure out where you're supposed to park. It can be a little daunting at night time, but once you're in, the hotel is perfectly adequate. The rooms look to have been refreshed only a few years ago and are suitably contemporary. The hotel does show it's age in places, like the elevators and the general exterior design, but it's clean and quiet. There are spots nearby for food, but the best feature, especially when you're leaving, is the proximity to the freeway.

Bath tub in room #326 needs to be redone, hard to get in the rooms from outside the key never works on one door

The hotel was fine. A four star rating however is far from warranted. The room was warm, even though the temperature said 60? The bath tub did not drain and the hot tub was drained and not available for use. There was also a wedding by the pool on the day of our arrival and no one was allowed in the pool area from 5-5:30. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but I would not stay at this hotel in the future.

This hotel was awful. We booked two rooms for an out of town business trip. The on-line description offered a restaurant that closed a year ago. There were section 8 people living in the hotel that were messy leaving trash around the property. The only good thing I can say is that they had good water pressure.

This hotel has had a remodeling of the rooms, but not all the rooms are the same. The complementary drink is nice. The complementary breakfast is just eatable. Its a decent bargain the first time but after that you wonder maybe I should have stayed somewhere else.

Over all nothing special, overpriced compared to other motels near by.
