Val has got to be the best host we’ve ever encountered on VRBO. She was very communicative, had many many suggestions for things to do in the area and kept in touch with us the entire time. The place was beautiful. Very nice decor and extremely clean, which is important to me. All instructions were very clear as to entrance and exit. The fact that it was pet friendly was wonderful and our dog really enjoyed her stay. We highly recommend This adorable little place close to everything. Anyone would want to do in the area!

Very nice place overall and a great host that shares lots of information. Just bring a flashlight if you arrive at night since the motion activated one doesn't cover out to where you park or walk. Also if your tall please be aware that you'll have to duck in spots and to fit under the shower. It's wasn't bad enough to drop a star just something to know about.

Val was very helpful while staying with her. The beds are comfortable. Having access to a washer/ dryer was so helpful. There are a bunch of coffees and teas available. A very cozy, clean, and nice house. My husband, our dog, and I stayed there for one night and two days. The host was very responsive to any questions. Unfortunately, we missed her while visiting their stable due to timing. It’s a great place for a getaway!I’m giving it 4 stars because the heater was a bit loud for me, though it didn’t bother my husband at all. We visit Lancaster County, PA, quite often and will likely stay here again next time.
