I absolutely loved my stay here, best vacation I’ve taken in years. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative and helpful with our needs. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and had all the necessary amenities needed and beyond. Going to recommend this house to all my friends and families!

fantastic beach house

What a relaxing weekend at this well-appointed, brand new luxury beach house. We had a group of 9 people, and the accomodations allowed for plenty of private time as well as group time in the open living room/dining room area with flow to the comfortable deck. There are views from every room. I would highly recommend this place!

Our family loved the convience of this home. Being able to launch a boat, play in the water, enjoy the sunset on the lake. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. The kitchen was well equipped and made meals easy. The kids loved the bunk room and downstairs to run around and play!

Great find

So glad we found this house - it's really a gem at Bear Lake and had all we needed. Had a relaxing May weekend with some sunny deck time, games on the lawn, and some high wave storms. It is right on the lake. We even saw pelicans fly by!

Gorgeous home perfect for a getaway!

This Bear Lake home was a gem! It was incredibly cozy and felt like home whether the sun was shining or the snow was falling. Talk about the full package - our group spent the day walking and kayaking on the lake, relaxing by the firepit in the evening, and then making snowmen in the morning after a light snow fall! It really captured all four seasons in one spot beautifully, making every moment there special and memorable.

Epic 4th of July Weekend

The neighborhood could not be more perfect. Close enough to town but far enough to avoid the crowds. The private boat launch is amazing, especially on a busy weekend. Being right on the beach was incredible. Plenty of space for our family and friends that joined us. Overall a great experience. We will stay again. Thank you!

Terrific beach house - will be back in summer

My friends raved about this beach house as a awesome spot for summer, with swimming and kayaking right of the property – only 30 yards to the water! We stayed there in January for a family gettogether and it was gorgeous. It's on the quiet side of the lake, East side, but still close to shops and Garden City. There's a huge deck and a beach fireplace. We were three families and spend a lot of time indoors playing games provided by the owners. The kids got into pickleball too, as there's courts. Every bedroom was clean with great views. We'll definitely come back to this house in the spring or summer with a couple of other families. Really a special find at busy Bear Lake!

March at Bear Lake - great early season weekend

I was a bit skeptic about spending a March weekend up at Bear Lake when my wife wanted to go there, but it turned out to be just a fantastic time. The house overlooks the deep blue lake, great views all around - it's right on the beach! It was warm enough to spend time out on the sunny deck and we even took out the kayaks, cause the lake was super smooth (bring gloves, though!). I guess Beaver Ski area is also open and an easy drive. Overall the house was really well equipped, serene, and beautiful, with lots of games for the kids and a toasty fireplace for the evenings. There is a beach fireplace, too, bring extra chairs for it. The lawn is still emerging, but the basketball hoop worked great for the kids. Early season on the lake, but well worth it!
