Very few people staying there at the time. But would have liked friendly staff..

Property appears old and run down. It was very noisy outside our room with people yelling and cursing each other.

I wasn’t there 2 hours before roaches were crawling on me and on the bed.

It's a run down building and property is run down. Some of the rooms are already condemned

Too many cockroaches and smells cigarettes even it's a nonsmoking room.

Blood stains on sheets raggedy heaters first room caught fire from heater gave me another room just as bad this has to got to be the worst place on hell crack heads all around dirty towels dirty everything I swear to god on my kids I would not let my dog stay here

dirty, mold, roaches. need I say more! Huge motel with about a 5% occupancy and I can understand why!

room full of roaches and bathroom full of mold and dirt.

The room was dirty and had roaches and broken glass on the floor. I'LL NEVER USE THAT HOTEL CHAIN AGAIN!

We have been having some trouble finding an apparent and this place was nice, cheap and easy to get to.

Disgusting room - bedspreads were slimy, sheets had holes in them, pillowcase was on inside out, carpet in vanity area was filthy, had to request light bulbs because two of the lights were out. On the bright side, at least it was quiet and the complimentary breakfast was decent.

It was not terrible but it was not good either. The location was difficult to find through googlemaps and we drove around a good bit and, finally, had to ask for directions. The room itself was very plain, very ordinary, nothing outstanding - much of what you would expect of roadside motel. The room was visibly clean, no bugs, no dirt and the beds were comfortable. The room could use a bit of updating. The bathroom was clean, albeit a bit dingy. Breakfast was also typical of American roadside motels - muffins, buns, cold cereals, packaged oatmeal, bananas, fruit and waffles. Wifi was only available in the lobby. Pool looked nice and seemed clean but sign in lobby said it was closed until further notice.

Staff was kind and helpful. Came for a quick visit with terminally ill family member. Didn't stay in room much, but it was a welcome resting place when we did! Thank you.

The hotel was average for what you expect for the price and location. The rooms were big and most things worked except Internet which was VERY annoying. It didn't work the whole week and although they apologized, I still couldn't connect and I think they should have made it work after a couple of days. The remote for the tv had no batteries, and the toilet lost water and every now and again it was filling the tank. Everything else worked fine (hot water, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, etc.). The room showed it was a little old, but as I said it was average for the price. Breakfast was fine, there was a little of everything, it was clean and someone was on top of it all the time. My general impression would have been good, had Internet worked (You could take your computer to reception and there it worked which was better than nothing) I would have given a positive review, since for me being out of my country it is important to have that service in my hotel selection. It was selected because it offered the service and the lack of it was a disappointment, but maybe this is just a temporary thing.

the hotel was very good but let people know that they change there name i had a hard time finding the place went pass it three time looking for days inn

The motel was right next to I-4 highway and also next to a railroad track. The train blew it's whistle all night going through and the cars made noise also. There was people who partied until 3 in the morning on our floor so I didn't go to sleep until after 3 a.m. I know that Days Inn isn't the best motel to stay in but I didn't feel safe there. would never stay there again.

Reserved room to attend Plant City Strawberry Festival. Room was adequate but not squeaky clean. Bathroom towels had smoky smell and had to be exchanged. Attempted to go to sleep at 9:30 PM due to anticipated full next day activities. Adjacent room neighbors were conducting on and off again very noisy party on outdoor breezeway balcony areas at 10 PM, 12 PM and 2 AM. Several phone calls to front desk for hotel intervention to get neighbors to quell noisy behavior did not result in any corrective action. Night clerk indicated she was the only hotel staff member on duty and was too busy to render any help nor did she express any concern about the situation. Gives concern what would happen at the hotel in the event of an emergency situation with only one staff person on the property? To add insult to injury, beginning at 4:30 AM refrigerator tractor trailer trucks parked in hotel lot just outside rooms (assume drivers were overnight hotel guests) started diesel engines and refrigeration units that cycled on and off at 30 minute intervals, making sleep nearly impossible. Finally, hotel located too close to I-4, adding to traffic noise. [...]

After not providing internet on first week, manager became confrontational and refused our reservations for second week. I should have thanked her cause we stayed elsewhere that was cheaper better and much friendlier

The room was filthy. no clean towels on day two or three, internet only worked one night out of four, making business impossible

Did not want to stay after seeing the room. The parking lot was scary and it was a bad neighborhood. I would not recomend anyone with a family stay there.
