Tv reception was poor,no signal on 3 separate nights. I reported the stationary bike not working properly 10 days ago and it's still not repaired. Made my concern know about the vanity pipes shaking and waking me up at 6am in the morning. Never heard back from the management after I spoke to the front desk staff. They said the owner/manager would contact me and help me with the stay of sort of credit. Spent two night there with little sleep both nights. Something is going on with the pipes and rattling to the point of shaking the whole sink. I took video to show the front desk They were amazed as well.

The front desk person was so kind and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite because we were stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes. Suite was lovely. We enjoyed the extra space. One downer. They supplied real coffee mugs for us but one of them had thick grease in it so we couldn’t use it
