Studio Grande was an updated and clean property that fit our needs. The host was attentive and texted to make sure we had everything we needed. Our rental provided a comfy bed, easy parking, coffee, kitchen, nice towels and toiletries in and updated environment. It was near downtown and perfect for us. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed 1 night here and it was amazing! The studio was super cute and brought a home feeling! It was perfect for a small trip for our cheerleading competition at the RP funding center! Perfect Stay in a Convenient, Comfortable Spot!

My husband and I had a wonderful short stay at this property! It was spotless and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. Downtown Lakeland has a lot to do so If you are willing to walk, this is a great change of pace from being in a suburban area. Room was very nice and modern, great for a quick getaway.
