My family and I booked this property for a couple of days. Upon arrival, the property was clean and well maintained. The linens and towels were immaculate and abundant. We did not have any difficulties communicating with the owner, check in was seamless. For safety reasons, we would suggest dusk to dawn lightening at the entrance. Over all, our stay was pleasant and we look forward to booking this property again when in town!!!!!!

This is our new go to place when visiting Lakeland with one child at FSC the condo is so close to lake Hollingsworth apartments which are on crystal lake as well. So 5 stars for location convenience. All amenities are thoughtfully provided down to the smallest details. (Soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, freshly clean towels, washcloths bath mats, shower cap, tumblers, wine glasses, coffee mugs, great AC, excellent WiFi, extra blankets, luggage racks, super ceiling fans, blackout curtains) bring your clothes and your toothbrush and you’ll be set. Spacious well laid out and beautifully decorated and clean. We will be back
