Incredible stay! If you are looking for the perfect, quaint and cozy getaway, this is it! The cabin is so nice and well maintained. The host provides every possible thing you can think of during your stay. We will definitely be coming back!

This was a beautiful cabin in the woods. The property is superbly maintained and the hosts take care of everything you can think of. It is in a perfect area for a mountain getaway. We will definitely be rebooking with them.

Great place! Secluded enough that you are able to enjoy nature but just a quick drive to downtown. Love all the personal touches that made it easy to feel right at home. The host is also super responsive and had the lights on for us since we were arriving after dark.

The cabin was cozy and well stocked with basic necessities. Communication with owner is 5 star. Information with how to get to the cabin and access the cabin were provided in details. The guide book in the cabin was very helpful. We had an amazing time exploring beautiful places and having a cozy cabin to go back to after a long day of hiking and exploring. Very thankful to the host for sharing their home.

Cozy cabin with all of the amenities. Great location and easy to access. Beautiful interior with modern touches. Fantastic communication with the host from prebooking through our stay. We were even offered an extra day that was available, so we could extend our time with family. Highly recommend!!

Cozy spot for a short stay

The cabin had plenty of amenities that made it perfect for our short stay. We were able to grill out, enjoy the fire pit, get a good night's rest in some peace and quiet.

This was a great location. The cabin was conveniently located to many areas for exploring but secluded enough to allow you to wind down at the end of the day. No problems at all and would highly recommend it.

We were very impressed with the Hidden Highway. It was spotless clean and very comfortable and the host provided so many kitchen essentials one might forget. The decor was inviting and the locations was convenient to may attractions.

Clean, Updated Cabin

Stayed for the weekend to enjoy some time with our daughter going to college nearby. It is a small cabin, but the living areas felt roomy and the amenities were modern and updated. The bedrooms were just the right size and the beds were comfortable.

Daughter moving nightmare

My daughter moved to Balsam Grove and the move was a total shit show. We wound up staying for 15 days instead of 7 and they were very accommodating for sure.

Great property looks new

Many nice features. New mini splits for each room. New bathroom new large tvs great internet. Fire pit outside. Very clean. No issues at all. Everything very clean and neat. Really like the color of the rooms and colors in new bath. Will try and visit again soon. Close to Brevard and Rosman. Great place to stay if you are biking or hiking.

Great Girls Trip

We had a great girls trip at the Hillside Hideaway. There were 4 of us for 4 days. The cabin was so comfortable and decorated so nice! Everything we needed was provided. Each day it was a short drive to the numerous falls, state parks and hiking trails we visited in the county and nearby. We took along picnic lunches and the hiking sticks from the cabin which helped on the trails. In the evenings we played triva games and drank wine. In the mornings we enjoyed our coffee and the quiet of the cabin. There was a fun cabin bingo game that sent us on a scavenger hunt. The hammock on the front porch was fun too! We will definitely come back when we can.

Great stay at Hillside Hideaway!

We spent a wonderful week at the Hillside Hideaway! The cabin was so cozy and centrally located to all of our activities! We even played golf in three different states nearby! We started at the Sapphire National Golf Club very near to the cabin (Sapphire, NC). It was a beautiful public course in the NC rolling hills. The same afternoon, we drove an hour south and played The Rock Golf Club in Pickens, SC. It was another beautifully kept public course and even had a waterfall: Gauley Falls! Another day, we ventured to Sky Valley, GA and played the Sky Valley Country Club course. It is a semi-private country club, meaning that some amentities are for members only but the golf course is open to the public. This course was another beauty and had a church nearby that played bells every hour and at 3pm, played two hymns in bells. Amazing. We saw Whitewater Falls, Looking Glass Falls, Sliding Rock, and many more... all easily found using the guide provided by the homeowners! We took a drive through part of the Blue Ridge Parkway for amazing views! Highly recommend! We loved venturing out to the small towns nearby and eating lots of great food! Lake Toxaway: Panthertown Cafe Los Vaqueros Cashiers: Whiteside Brewing Company Brevard: Big Mike's Pizza Morning Social Square Root Cafe Downtown Chocolates All were excellent! Overall, this was an amazing getaway! Annchen and Diana were so helpful and responsive! Have fun playing the cabin bingo game!
