Beautiful Home and Great Location!

We loved our stay here! The house was very clean and spacious for our group! The rooms are large with plenty of space for couples/ friends to stay. The location is perfect- walking distance to Main Street and all great attractions in town. We hope to return to this house again!

Fantastic location with walkable distance to Main Street with all stores/restaurants and only a 15-20 minute drive away from Whiteface Mountain. The home itself was very clean and spacious, with a perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms to host all 10 members of our group. Bedrooms upstairs were quiet even with noise downstairs, which was great as we brought our children along with us and they were able to sleep soundly. Great communication with hosts before the trip, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this spot for anyone taking a trip to Lake Placid!

Great family vacation

This was our second year at the house and it was just as great as we remembered it. The big house allows plenty of room for our large family. It is clean, well equipped and convenient to everything. We love it!

Family getaway

My entire family ages 2-72 came for a special celebration. Plenty of room for the 15 of us. The house was beautiful. Great location and amenities. Rapid response from the host for special requests. I would definitely come back every year.

Updated classic Lake Placid Hoe

Tobias Place is a wonderful classic home with plenty of space for a three generation ski vacation. It is located within walking distance of downtown Lake Placid and a short ride to Whiteface Mountain. The downstairs has a modernized kitchen along with a large dining room and a very large classic family room. We had a wonderful week.

Family Ski Trip

The house was beautiful! Very clean, specious and well equipped. A huge plus was not having to load the little ones in the car every time we went out. About a one minute walk to town. Perfect. I would definitely rent again!

Almost Perfect!!

We had my daughter’s wedding downtown and most of the 20-30 year olds stayed at this place with us. Everything was great and pictures came out fantastic all over the property. Our only wish would be that some of the windows opened. We had a fantastic time and would rent that place again.
