Perfect for both relaxation and adventure, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront getaway comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers stunning lake views from nearly every window on the main floor. The home features a king master suite with a private balcony overlooking the water, a queen bedroom, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Step outside to the expansive lakeside deck complete with patio furniture and a gas grill, making it the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, outdoor meals, or beautiful Lake of the Ozarks sunsets. Just a few steps below, guests can enjoy a private dock with a 10x24 boat slip and swim platform for easy lake access and summer fun.

Conveniently located near popular waterfront restaurants, live music, golf courses, shopping, marinas, and local attractions, Teak Village 1 offers the ideal balance of privacy and entertainment. The Four Seasons Golf Course is only minutes away, and Osage Beach shopping and dining are just a short drive from the property. A 4-night minimum stay is required in June and July, with a 3-night minimum during the rest of the year.
