First off, Morgan was great in taking care of a few little problems we had. She was very attentive and cheerful, which was great. The condo is very quiet, beautiful and very clean. The ramp getting to the door was awesome due to a disabled person staying, and made things easier.The only problems we had was the indoor pool floor was very slick. It needed a good cleaning before someone gets hurt. The outdoor pool looked like mold growing around the edge. But as far as the condo, kudos, can’t wait to stay again.

Nice Place, clean, a few issues.

It was a nice place, good location and all, but there were a few issues, none of which significantly interfered with the trip. The gas tank for the grill was empty, cold water to the sink in the master bath was turned off, the master bath shower, for whatever reason, did not get as hot as the other shower. Otherwise, really nice place. It has an easy access ramp up to it, good and clean, pool and hot tub very nice and a short walk.

Shootout weekend

Condo was nice and clean. I rented this condo because it advertised that it had a boat slip. The lift was broke in the slip, so the slip was not usable! Had to rent another slip from a local person. I was not very happy about! The owner of this condo is very well aware that the slip has an issue, but has done nothing to fix the issue, but still advertises the condo with the boat slip. Not good business! i did get reimbursed for the boat slip but that was after I asked to be reimbursed! So good luck to the next renter!

Lots noise 8-5

Not able to by condo due to workmen’s trailer blocking our spot! Also hammering, staple gun, sawing & things being drop on the floor from 8a to 4/5p our whole stay both inside the above condo & the deck! There were times when we thought someone or something would fall through our ceiling! We went there to relax but the only way to do that was leave the condo every day & go to the pool or turn the TV on full blast to drown the sound from above!! Also the lFriday night when we returned from dinner people had moved into the above condo & with their loud voices & barking dogs we couldn’t enjoy being on our deck the last night! The condo was very clean when we arrived but smaller than the online pictures indicated as was the size of the pool! My granddaughter, grandson & I came to relax & spend time together before my grandson went off to college so I was very disappointed that no one told me there would major renovation going on above us! Had I known I wouldn’t have chosen Full Moon!

Full moon

It was nice a quite property, the bed was hard and couldnt get it to heat up inside at all froze all night even using the extra blankets. Im sure the coolness will be great for the summer. Had a hard time getting in the gate as well wasnt given the right gate code for arrival

While my husband is not, I'm picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place was impeccably clean. The basic necessities are provided and the beds are comfy. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Dirty mattress pad and mattress

We enjoyed our stay up until the end. We were stripping the linens as it said to do on checkout and found the mattress pad had a large yellow stain and so did the mattress! That was gross!

Some good, some not so good

Location was convenient. Kitchen and living area were nicely updated. Combination full coffee pot and Keurig provided, plenty of coffee but no Keurig cups. Coffee carafe had chip in it and leaked. Called for replacement, thought it would be delivered later that day, but received a call that it wouldn't be available until the day we were leaving and hadn't planned on making coffee that morning so told them not to bother. Would have been nice to at least had Keurig cups provided if full coffee pot was broken. Condo was basically clean but bedroom carpets could have used a good shampooing or replacement. There were lots of stains. Deck with built in fire pit table was nice. Unfortunately, there had been an accident at the club house and a car went through the wall so pool and hot tub were not usable. A little disappointing.
