It was not what I was expecting. I know they had a sell out for hotel night before. I rent a room based on HOT TUB and pool. They kept saying they were going to get hot tub up and running NO HOT TUB NO WATER IN IT. . they could have told us that it wasn’t working we would have found another place. Very poor service. I know we had to wait till 4 but getting off cruise in AM MAKES FOR A LONG DAY Disappointed
