Pros: Rooms were clean. Cons: I had 3 rooms booked for a bowling tournament at a bowling alley that the hotel owner, owns. Show up at 1:30, early, I know, fire trucks there. Fire alarm. No big deal. Go back at 2:30, go through the whole check in process only to be told I’d be charged $75 to check in a half hour early. Go back at 3:30. 12 people in line to check in. Computers down. Can’t check anyone in. Go to their bar to wait. $11 bottle of beer. Still nothing. Go back at 5:30 and able to check in. Nothing offered. Absolutely unacceptable. Will never go back. There’s another hotel next door and it can’t be this bad at customer service.

After trying to get into a room 4 different times, due to key card readers not working on 2 rooms and another room smelling of dog feces I asked to cancel. I could not walk the 5th time to find to the room - the hotel is very big and I am older so it was painful to walk back and forth. It also took over 2 hours to find out that I couldn't check in. I went next door to Super 8 and I was checked in under 5 minutes. The pool is also closed and breakfast is now $15. After 18 years of visitng that hotel we have decided to not go back anymore.

The pool was down for maintenance, which wasn’t updated on Expedia. Breakfast buffet was included, but they shut it down early at 9 AM when it is supposed to be 10 AM so we went without breakfast. When I made a mistake booking the wrong day I just wanted to change the date to the day before but apparently management didn’t honor it so I had to lose my money for the stay. It was a simple change for them to honor , it’s not like I was canceling completely. I had a family emergency. I don’t want to discredit two employees: Sunday night arrival , the employee was very sympathetic and tried accommodate my stay. Also maintenance man Chad went out of his way to figure out why breakfast ended at 9 AM and not 10am. He went above and beyond and gave my children a few dollars to play some arcade games . Although many of the games took my money and didn’t work . With everything that happened I should be credited something instead I was left with paying for two nights when I was there 1 night. I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back after this

The room was a little dirty and stuff smeared on the side of the beds and curtains, peeling wallpaper. The hallways were very dim lighting and smelled of smoke. Some sketchy looking people in the hall. The front desk associate didnt welcome us and didnt make eye contact and looked annoyed. The pool was out of service. It could be such a nice place if they really cared and tried to update it and clean it well. I can’t imagine anyone ever having a conference here. I definitely feel duped and unwelcome.

Was not satisfied. The hotel does not allow early check-in without an extra fee. At first was given a room that had a broken outlet in the bathroom. Then, when I was given the second room, I was not given the Wi-Fi information. The hotel sends a text to say asking any questions and they will respond on the text. That is not so. I’ve asked about three questions and only received a response once. However, the room is good and and clean. And has all the amenities that it was advertised to have.

The pool was not in order and we were not notified in advance. Traveling with two small children and the pool was the main draw. We were told by the staff at the hotel that we could get a full refund if we decided not to stay which we chose to do. We were later informed after the fact that they would not give us a refund at all. Terrible service and uninformed staff.
