Nice house but not very clean... at all

The house is in a great location, but wasn't very clean at all. After the first day when we checked in I sent the property manager pictures of 2 roaches we found in different areas of the home along with 3 worms we saw crawling around in different locations. To their credit, they did have the home cleaned while we were out on the water, but you can just tell the home itself isn't very clean at all. My Uncle found another roach later in the weekend on the opposite side of the house, there really wasn't enough towels in any bathroom, and the towels were pretty old and you can tell they've been used a ton of times. Also, during two of the days there were workers in the back yard re-staining the deck so we really couldn't use the backyard 2 out of the 3 days we had access to it. The property manager Sarah was very responsive & helpful, but for $4000 for a weekend it was very disappointing.

Wow factor!!

House was amazing. Being a family of golfers it was great being right on the course. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our size (12) including kiddos and mother in law quarters. Beds were comfortable, clean and well thought out for larger families. Pool was a hit for everyone, weather was on the colder side, but having a hottub and heating the pool made for enjoyment throughout the day and nights. Sarah (property manager) was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. House was clean and accommodated our stay to our needs. Would recommend to anyone with a larger group, house is plenty big enough. Greatly appreciated, Ballard family Spring break 2024
